E' un posto molto tranquillo, spazioso, fresco, ma si può raggiungere il centro di Firenze in meno di 20 minuti: lasciando l'auto alla piccola stazione ferroviaria di Fiesole/Caldine (2,4 km) e arrivando alla stazione di Firenze SMN, a poca distanza da piazza Duomo. L'abitazione è una porzione della villa, al piano inferiore si trova un secondo appartamento con ingresso indipendente.

Appena ristrutturato e arredato a nuovo, dispone di letto matrimoniale, divano letto, cucina attrezzata (frigo, freezer, fornelli a induzione, microonde, lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè), bagno spazioso, aria condizionata e riscaldamento a pavimento. All’esterno patio con tavolo e ampio parcheggio gratuito. Immerso nel verde e nel silenzio, perfetto per coppie e, con ospiti extra, adatto anche a famiglie.
