The house to disengage, in simplicity, refreshing. It is very well equipped with dishes, linens, we have the impression of arriving at friends who have left everything available. The big plus is this beautiful beach 2 steps away . It just went too fast

We had the best stay at Raquel's place in Pedras D'el Rei. The complex the apartment is on is ideal, with a lovely pool and shop and restaurant all on site. The staff at the complex are so helpful! The apartment is clean, bright and really tastefully decorated. The river and beach are stunning and so conveniently located - we felt very "in" the surrounding nature. It was also really easy to get around using uber, from the airport and to local spots like Tavira, if you are just staying for a short while and don't have a car! Raquel was the perfect host, very contactable and helpful. We loved it here and can't wait to be back.

Booking was very easy with Isabelle and her place is amazing with beautiful views. The house is beautiful with everything you need for your stay and has beautiful views from the balconies. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance, shops with plenty of supplies, fish shops which sell the mornings catch cannot get much fresher and plenty of good restaurants and cafes, an excellent restaurant being 3 doors away. We hired bikes from Tavira which is easily walkable, there are plenty of excellent walking and cycling routes in the area with lots of birds including Flamingos and stunning beaches. Our stay was in November and we had beautiful weather. Isabelle's place is definitely worth visiting.

Beautiful property, and very beautiful room/loft. Relaxing surroundings, very peaceful during the day, nice pool, we were able to swim during the end of May. Host was helpful and responsive. Wish we planned to stay longer!

A comfortable, quiet stay in Tavira. From the kitchen equipment to a stylish intérieur to the large bed equipped with a good mattress - all around perfect. The bathroom: spacious and modern. Washing machine, dishwasher - all there also for a longer stay. And the small terrace invites for a cool aperitif. Ana also allowed us an earlier check-in and welcomed us with a good bottle of red wine from the Algarve. With "saudade" we think back to this place.

Highly recommend and I would return. Isabelle (Fernando’s mother greeted me at the apartment). The apartment is spotless and very comfortable. It is quiet with a nice balcony. It’s a short walk to everything in Tavira. The dining room/ living room is larger than the photos. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook meals. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. I enjoyed a wonderful time in Tavira.

This was our 5th stay at the old village but first with Joanna. Apartment was lovely, really clean and well maintained. We loved the location right next to Artisan bar and pool. Joanna was a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. My only criticism is the beds in the second bedroom weren’t very comfy. But apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The absolutely stunning sea view is breathtaking, and the long sandy beach just across the street made it easy to enjoy the seaside every day. The location is fantastic—full of great restaurants and even places to rent bikes, so you can easily explore the beautiful coastline on two wheels. The apartment itself is clean, fresh, and modern, with all the kitchen appliances you need to cook comfortably. The bed is really comfy, and I loved that there were some books and even table games available for relaxing evenings in. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside getaway!

Raquel is one of the most communicative and responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with on Airbnb. The location of this home is unbelievable. I fell in love with Albufeira from the first few hours i was there, and couldn’t believe how well-situated this place was to all the fun the area has to offer. ACs and most amenities worked well. I’m not sure if it’s a design related to homes in that area, but the open bathroom in the master bedroom, including the shower design, seemed impractical. I needed to rearrange items in that area, and wipe the floor/toilet after every shower. The iron was unusable due to a stain on the ironing surface, and risk of damaging clothes. The washing machine was small and not very effective. We needed to do a lot of loads to clean our clothes, then air dry them, but glad we had a washer! Overall, this is a great place, Raquel’s a great host, and i recommend booking, for anyone visiting Albufeira. Great for 2 ppl, but could accommodate a couple more too. Enjoy!

A little piece of paradise ❤️ The property is located away from the small villages, but you can reach the beach, Faro or the other surrounding attractions very quickly. You quickly get used to the somewhat adventurous journey to the property. Sandra and Michiel have furnished the apartments in such a way that we felt comfortable immediately. It was sparkling clean and very tastefully furnished. Although we had the smallest unit, we lacked nothing. There are many beautiful seating areas outside, where you can relax and let the evening come to an end. We also enjoyed the small pool very much. We also received many helpful tips and ideas for leisure activities. You can tell that the hosts care about the well-being of their tenants. Thank you for the lovely stay🙏.

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

What a wonderful apartment,everything you needed for a long or short stay , bed was very comfortable,pillows were so good I went and bought same ones from ikea to take home . Bathroom was very nice ,large living room and bedroom ,2 min walk to supermarket,15 min walk from Tavira .Easy to use Uber to get taxi to mar shopping center in Almancil around 23 euro each way .Had a great holiday in this apartment

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments over the years and I have never experienced the professionalism, adaptability and helpfulness of our host Hélia. In addition, The apartment was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities and the extra touches of bottle of wine, water and tray of snacks are what makes this such a unique experience. I am not surprised that this apartment is always booked. Thank you

We had a lovely time! What a unique stay! We loved having the pool to use on a quiet day or to refresh as we explored the area. As a family of 4 we had more than enough space. The parking is also super convenient. The host was very helpful with our questions. They also provided many local recommendations

Fabulous Penthouse apartment, so very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location. Elisa, our host was super attentive, providing all the information we needed to ensure that our short break was a peaceful and relaxing experience. We had an early flight into Faro so Elisa arranged our transport ( Carlos was brilliant) and let us drop our bags off so we could get some lunch without the bother of dragging cases around. Elisa then messaged us at 1pm saying we could get in early as the penthouse was ready. During our stay Elisa made light touches to check that everything was ok which was most welcomed. A perfect host. Highly recommended.

Miguel was so great to work with. We had a tired and hot kids, and I did not read the directions for entry. Host was so helpful getting us in. Property was so beautiful, and area has so much to explore, as well as live music. Read the directions for entry, much easier to work through if you do that before you arrive. The tech of the building is so cool, as well as the layout of the condo. Would definitely return here. They had some great kids toys and the pool was perfect.

Really enjoyed staying here. it's a beautiful colourful clean perfect place to stay and everywhere in Tavira is just a walk away Hosts are very friendly.

My husband and I enjoyed three marvelous days at this incredible home in Carvoeiro and the welcome bottle of wine and water was so thoughtful! Willem and Laura were extremely responsive with all correspondence. The apartment is clean, contemporary, comfortable bed, nicely furnished and the views are fantastic!! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare daily breakfast and we appreciated the starter coffee pods. We really enjoyed kayaking to Benegil Cave; fabulous meals at The Garden and Levels; and overall charm of the special town. Thank you Willem and Laura! We highly recommend this rental and would love to visit again!
