Santa Luzia conhecida como a capital do polvo, vila piscatória onde a tradição ainda se mantém e a 3 km da bela cidade de Tavira. Este apartamento está muito bem situado a 3 min a pé do centro em condomínio privativo com piscina, bela varanda com barbecue e ótima exposição solar. excelente sala de estar e cozinha totalmente equipada. As praias estão logo ali e atividades na Ria Formosa podem ser uma opção muito interessante.

Semi-detached 1BR villa in the touristic development of Pedras D'el Rei. Here you will have access to the shared pool area, free of charge access to the touristic train to Barril Beach, and the parking lot (1 vehicle). Santa Luzia village is close, around 1km. Tavira at about 3km.
