House located in the heart of Santa Luiza, just a few steps from the pier where the boats that take you to Terra Estreita beach are located. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance and small genuine groceries stores. Santa Luzia has its own small fishing boat fleet and you can always catch fresh fish or squid, and it is safe and cozy.
