Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Santa Lucia

Matteo’s place was excellent! A walkable apartment with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful stay here. Matteo was so helpful and sent detailed instructions for finding the apartment, parking and getting in. He stopped by to check on us, too, and sent many helpful recommendations for restaurants and nearby activities. The place was spotless and in a great location, exactly as described. There were plenty of clean towels and other necessary amenities (soap/shampoo bars, kitchen supplies, umbrella for the beach, etc.) We wish we had more time here and will certainly book with Matteo when we can come back!

A casa é muito boa. Super equipada na cozinha, os quartos e banheiros são ótimos, fieis as fotos. A varanda é o ponto alto da casa, com uma vista maravilhosa. Perto de tudo, nos sentimos em casa. Recomendo e voltaria com o maior prazer.

We had an amazing time at Carla’s apartment in Porto Rotondo. The place is much more beautiful and bright than it looks in the pictures and the terraces are perfect for breakfast and a glass of wine at night. Wi-fi works perfectly which is super important when you work from home so that was something that we really appreciated. Carla was always super responsive and friendly when communicating and she made our stay feel very special. The apartment is walking distance from everything in Porto Rotondo which makes it even more valuable. Thank you Carla, we hope to be back soon!!

La villa Smeralda est un très bel endroit pour séjourner proche des plages (les plus proches sont à une vingtaine de minutes) et d'Olbia (15 minutes). L'appartement était très agréable avec terrasse, barbecue, clim... tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est un plus pour se rafraichir pendant les heures chaude ou le soir. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est très agréable. Antonio est sympa et très arrangeant.

It was an amazing stay, Carmen was very proactive in the comunication, giving a lot of tips and local recomendations. The house is very comfortable and cozy, accomodating very well 4 people. The location is near to all the best places. Definitely would return. Thanks Carmen!

Wir wurden sehr nett von Chiara empfangen und konnten sogar etwas früher einchecken. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man benötigt. Sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Super zentral gelegen, alles ist sehr zügig zufuß zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden, ein paar kostenlose wenn man Glück hat, ansonsten 1€ die Stunde, welche beide in einer Minute zufuß erreichbar sind. Fragen wurden via Whats App oder Airbnb App zügig beantwortet und zudem sind wir bei der Ankunft per Whats App mit örtlichen und regionalen Empfehlungen versorgt wurden. Abschließend kann man sagen, man kann mit der Buchung der Unterkunft nichts falsch machen und wenn man in Olbia zentral übernachten möchte, würde wir dieses Apartment empfehlen. La casa se encuentra a solo 3 cuadras de la avenida principal. El bus que nos trajo desde el puerto nos dejó a media cuadra y el bus para ir al aeropuerto lo tomamos en el mismo lugar (media cuadra del alojamiento), la ubicación es maravillosa. Yo alquile auto y pude estacionar todos los días sin problema. El barrio es tranquilo. La casa está realmente equipada con todo lo que necesitas para tu estadía. Desde lavaropas hasta sombrilla para la playa. Fue muy cómodo y fácil alojarse, Gabriela es muy amable, todo el tiempo estuvo en contacto con nosotros por si necesitábamos algo. Sin duda volver a alquilar aquí si vuelvo a Cerdeña!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders schön war der gemütliche Balkon mit tollem Ausblick! Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – er hat uns tolle Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Grazie mille! 😊☀️

Appartamento davvero piacevole e con una bellissima vista sul centro di San Pantaleo, paese comodo per raggiungere rapidamente i vari punti di interesse della zona. Il terrazzo é un plus non da poco! Natalia (l’host) si é dimostrata molto gentile e più che disponibile in ogni interlocuzione.

This place was the perfect spot. I spent a week here with my friend. we didn't need to go anywhere else. Ticked all the boxes the photos don't do it justice. We lived around the pool and th bbq area. total peace and privacy. You have the whole place to yourself with secured parking. venture into the orchid and pick some apricots or peaches when in season. The natural wild life are at peace here and you will see them from time to time. such a beautiful place will be back for sure. Tatiana was great and showed me what I needed to know. from bbq to the aircon. this place is a real Jem, I would recommend pull into Lidl once you leave the airport and load up with all your supplies and just relax and enjoy the Roberto place. Has everything you need to escape the busy costal areas.

Wir haben uns in Giovannas Haus sehr wohlgefühlt, sehr sauber, gemütlich, alles praktisch eingerichtet und zu benutzen. Ein praktischer Parkplatz ist vorhanden, die Terrasse und die Außenanlage ist gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

La maison de Valerio est grande et très agréable. Idéalement placé à un quart d'heure de l'aéroport et à dix minutes de San Teodoro, de ses commerces utiles et de ses magnifiques plages alentours. L'accès se fait à toute heure, ce qui est très pratique lorsque l'on arrive dans la nuit. Valerio est très réactif 👍 Nous avons même pû profiter de la piscine fin avril ☺️ Je recommande !

Vraiment magnifique, la maison est impeccable dans un secteur tranquille à proximité de Porto Rotondo où l’on retrouve restaurant et petits commerces. Aussi, à environ 11km de Olbia, facile d’accès. Mais au delà de l’extraordinaire maison il y a l’accueil chaleureux, bienveillant et attentionné des hôtes qui nous ont fournis des renseignements sur les meilleurs restos, épicerie etc. Nous avons vécu un moment difficile lors d’un accident malheureux avec blessure, toutefois nous ne pouvions avoir meilleur endroit pour nous reposer et de profiter de ce superbe environnement. Un renseignement que nous n’avions pas est que l’eau n’est pas potable à plusieurs endroits en Sardaigne, donc assurez-vous d’acheter de l’eau embouteillée avant d’arriver. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Preciosa casita de pueblo equipada con más de lo esperable. Ambiente de montaña apacible. Supermercados y pizzerias en el mismo pueblo. Anfitriones cercanos y que te hacían sentir como en casa. Muy recomendable.

Siamo stati solo per una notte. Lo spazio è esattamente come descritto, in una zona tranquilla. Ottimo rapporto tra zone ombreggiate e illuminate, appartamento spazioso e ben ordinato. La terrazza è sicuramente un punto di forza. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'acqua calda ma Alessandro e sua madre sono stati molto reattivi nel risolvere il problema. Ottima pizzeria nei dintorni.

Centrally located, large, clean apartment. Lovely host. Parking approx 550 metres away but luggage could be dropped at apartment and free parking card issued. No hesitation in recommending

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt – es war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Marilia, die so herzlich und hilfsbereit war. Trotz unserer Flugverspätung hat sie geduldig auf uns gewartet und uns freundlich empfangen. Als es uns in der ersten Nacht kalt war, hat sie uns am nächsten Tag sofort zusätzliche Decken gebracht. Auch ein kleines WLAN-Problem wurde sofort und unkompliziert gelöst. Man spürt, dass sie wirklich mit Herz Gastgeberin ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo passato una settimana a Porto Rotondo e scegliere questa zona è stata davvero una bella idea. Il posto è stupendo, vicino al supermercato, al porto e a ristorantini carini. Anche la spiaggia si può raggiungere a piedi. L’appartamento era in ordine, molto pulito. Federica è stata sempre gentilissima! Ci ha dato una mano a trovare un’escursione per La Maddalena ed è stata sempre disponibile con tutto. Torneremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Andrea and Christina were the perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home and were super friendly and suggested activities, restaurants and even different places in Sardinia to visit. There is a lot of things accessible to where we stayed, however if you do love exploring new places we do advise getting a car because bus system is not the best in Olbia. But when we told Andrea and Christina, they helped us out massively with getting a car. We love to explore, we went by train to the capital for one day and we visited different ports and beaches. They made our experience so much better for our honeymoon it was perfect! And there is a little bakery underneath so fresh sweets and coffee first thing is perfect! We will definitely be back next year with them they made our experience even better! Couldn’t fault them 1 bit!

Nous avons passé deux jours excellents dans l’appartement de Filippo. Le self check-in via boîtier à clés était simple et bien expliqué, ce qui nous a permis d’arriver à notre rythme sans stress. Le logement était impeccable : très propre, décoré avec soin et parfaitement conforme aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la région à pied, et la communication avec Filippo a été rapide et efficace, aussi bien avant notre arrivée que pendant le séjour. Merci pour ce séjour sans fausse note ! Nous recommandons vivement ce Airbnb à tous ceux qui cherchent confort et praticité.
