The stay was very pleasant, we were greeted by Martina who gave us all the necessary information and remained available. The apartment, spacious and bright, is completely renovated and equipped in a modern-functional style, it is equipped with all the necessary furnishings and towels and is very welcoming for four people. It also has two large balconies, one to the east overlooking the archaeological park and the new trapezoidal pier, an attraction with its own premises, and the other to the west overlooking the city centre, which are a considerable plus. The centre is easily accessible on foot, some difficulty in parking the car. In conclusion, a very positive stay in a modern and very well-kept property.

The apartment is very well planned, it is clean and fresh and is close to the beach, restaurant and shop. Valentina is a very kind host, she responds directly and arranged what one might need for the apartment. She also helped us with transportation from Porticello. The kitchen is new so there may be some equipment that is missing if you are very interested in cooking. But for basic needs a few days it works great! Thank you Valentina for your kind treatment! We really enjoyed your condo!! And that you arranged all our wishes regardless. We would gladly come back. :)

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

Rita and her cohosts were extremely responsive. We needed parking for a rental car & they went over & beyond to get us a reservation at a parking facility. The place was perfect for our family of 5 all adults and in a great location! Even though in a busy square soundproof windows! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Exactly as described! Absolutely charming and definitely recommended. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. An accommodation where I instinctively said to my husband on the way home: "Let's go home." That's how it felt. Sweet little stalls, a delightful little bakery just below. A beach for swimming and really good restaurants. In addition, there is a great little museum in Aspra where the artist himself gives the tour and proudly presents his works from old scratch cards. We were traveling by car and the parking was unproblematic.

Marta was an amazing host, very helpful, approachable and very sweet. The property was beautiful with everything you need to prepare a lovely meal to eat with a beautiful view. I would recommend Marta and her wonderful home to anyone that’s visiting Palermo. The location is amazing. We cannot wait to come back.

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment is located in a great location, right behind the Cathedral, but sheltered from the hustle and bustle (it is very quiet and you sleep well at night). The possibility of doing both check-in and check-out yourself makes everything even more convenient. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, the apartment inside is brand new and very well furnished.

I had a wonderful stay at Peppe’s place. The property was really conveniently located, close to all the local attractions. It also had two beautiful terraces. We were very comfortable, as a group of three with two toilets and two beds. Peppe was very good with communication!

Giuseppe place was lovely, clean and in a great location. Giuseppe was so kind, providing, coffee, milk, yoghurt and water. Thanks so much for hosting us, enjoy Palermo 😉

Annalisa and Stefano were excellent hosts. They communicated with us quickly and clearly, and gave us many recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very charming, and located within walking distance of the city center, with the train and bus stations just a few minutes away. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was excellent and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palermo. The flat had everything we needed and was very clean. Angelo was a fantastic host, gave us so much advice on where to go in the city and was very attentive during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Very nice and ingeniously located apartment - in the center and yet quiet -, super equipped and with a great terrace plus balcony. Highly recommended. Communication with Massimiliano was very easy, fast and helpful, son Giuseppe welcomed us very kindly and explained everything. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

I would definitely recommend the place! It was clean and very comfortable. Fabrizio is a really communicative host - he answered all our questions, he was always responsive quickly and gave us lots of good recommendations. There was no problem with the check in as Fabrizio was there with us to show us everything. The location of the place is good - there is a beach few minutes away from the apartment. It is a rocky beach, but around 20 minutes walk away there is a sandy beach. There is a bus close to the apartment that goes to Palermo and Mondello, so if you don’t have a car it will be good too. There wasn’t much noise, you can hear the cars from the street but it wasn’t loud at all. The only thing we were a bit disappointed is that you have to pay for the swimming pool - we paid 25€ per person for only one day to enter and use it. It was disappointing as we thought the pool comes with the price. But other than that the apartment and Fabrizio as a host were great! :)

We had the magical family holiday in Sicily staying at Fabrizio and Maria's apartment. The location was perfect for us to relax by the pool or down by the beach, and for us to make excursions to Palermo and Cefalu' on the north coast, to Scopello and Trapani in the west, and to Agrigento in the south. We had a hire car, which was necessary, but there was also a train station with free parking very nearby for our visit to Palermo. All our daytrips were guided by fantastic personalised advice from Fabrizio and Maria. They helped us plan everything.. where to go and what to see. We also benefitted from their expert knowledge of the best local restaurants to eat the most delicious Sicilian food, and even enjoy fresh figs from Maria's fig tree! Fabrizio and Maria really looked after us and ensured we had the most amazing possible experience of Sicily. We are looking forward to welcoming Fabrizio and Maria to visit London one day so we can repay their incredible hospitality.

We loved this spot! The host was super responsive and helpful. Even helped us plan our trip to the airport. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time in Palermo, we found the city very easy to reach on foot by bus or tram from the apartmentfrong door! The pool was a wonderful luxury on a hot day too ☀️ The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

We have just come home from a 10 night stay at Giuseppe’s place (with children 6&3). The garden and pool were amazing and we spent most of our holiday out there. The villa is in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings, the walk to the beach took us around 30mins so we used electric scooters to get easily around Mondello Giuseppe is very hospitable & helpful with places to eat & go, he was even kind enough to help us with our washing The villa is downstairs with little sun light but is a decent size with plenty of room for kids Thanks Giuseppe!

Maximilian greeted us on arrival and give us a tour of the place including anything important we needed to know. His apartment was perfect for what we needed and the pool/garden area was beautiful. Max had bikes that we could use which were excellent for getting down to the sea front of Mondello in a matter of minutes! We would absolutely return to Mondello and would definitely choose to stay here again!

Thank you Igor for making our first stay in Sicily super memorable! The villa is simply amazing (even way better than the pictures shown, trust me). The views of the mountain and the ocean are our favorite things to wake up to every morning. Our kids loved the swimming pool, which Igor takes great care of. We made the villa our homebase to explore Zingaro, Monreale, Palermo and Cefalu, all within an hour drive away. We also love that it's located in a very quiet and private neighbourhood. I can't recommend Igor's villa enough, to anyone who's visiting the Palermo area! Grazie mille, Igor!
