The place has an amazing view—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The check-in instructions were clear and everything went smoothly without any delays. Las instrucciones para llegar y hacer el check-in fueron muy claras, todo sin ningún tipo de retraso. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y respondió rápidamente a cualquier duda. Sin duda, regresaremos en otra ocasión.

Great Airbnb even provided us with a private pick up that was a great little tour and helpful. If you are a warm body there is a fan but you could get hot. Shower has hot water and TV works perfectly as well as WiFi. It is a little far walk from the Main Street Santander but doable only thing about where it’s located is a little hard to describe to a tuk tuk where you’re going and they rarely pass by the street so you can wave them down to take. But overall great experience.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement tout équipé et relativement calme et bien placé. La cuisine permet de faire ses propres repas et le centre est à quelques minutes à pied. Bonne communication et bel accueil avec Daly

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!

La casa muy bonita y cómoda, con privacidad. la atención del dueño muy pronta.

Excelente lugar para vacacionar en familia o con amigos, amplio y con vistas preciosas, tiene todo para pasarla increíble hasta juegos de mesa, la cocina súper completa tiene hasta una Alexa, recomiendo mucho este lugar Aspectos a tomar en cuenta: Súper retirado de todo ni una tienda cerca, lo más cercano es Santa Catarina Palopó a 30 minutos y Panajachel como a 45 minutos. El camino desde Santa Catarina Palopó no es el mejor, se iba convirtiendo de 2 carriles pasaba a 1 y hay como 15 minutos de terracería la cual cuando fuimos habían reparaciones, ignoro si pondrán asfalto pero en lluvia no creo que suba carro pequeño por 2 cuestas con tierra suelta, si vienen desde Patzún ahí si es calle asfaltada y 10 minutos de terracería. Solo pusieron 2 rollos de papel para una familia de 7 estando 3 días y no dieron sábanas extras, considero que para familias así es necesario Recomiendo traer comida para los días de vacaciones y no salir mucho, la pasarán increíble, yo lo disfruté demasiado.

Tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa maravillosa. La propiedad es preciosa, con vistas increíbles y un jardín espectacular que invita al descanso y la desconexión total. Las camas son muy cómodas, lo que hizo que cada noche fuera perfecta después de días llenos de tranquilidad y paisajes hermosos. Aunque el acceso a la propiedad no es el más sencillo, para nuestra familia fue toda una aventura que valió completamente la pena. Al llegar, te encuentras con un verdadero paraíso. Además, el equipo de Eliza y Vicky estuvo siempre con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos con todo, lo que hizo que la llegada y la instalación fueran mucho más fáciles. Pudimos disfrutar del lago y de la propiedad donde tuvimos la oportunidad de reconectar como familia, compartir momentos inolvidables y crear recuerdos que siempre llevaremos con nosotros. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Vicky y Pedro quienes estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Volveremos pronto!!

We loved staying at Nicolas’ home! It was so peaceful and beautiful. The views are amazing and loved waking up to a beautiful view in the morning. Although our trip was short, we enlisted every minute of it! The location is a bit far from the lively cities but the boat rides are pretty consistent so getting around was not difficult at all. Not to mention Nicola’s had recommended to us the best way of transportation around cities so that was help for sure.

This Airbnb was in a great location! Private enough to be away from the business of the city but close enough to walk to the stores, restaurants, explore the city, and the dock to grab a boat ride to the other towns. It was clean and kept very well and the groundskeeper Lucas was easy to reach out to if we needed anything. The hosts were also easy to reach out to and responded very promptly! Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much and will consider coming back when we return in December. We were greeted by Miguel who assisted us in getting our luggage to the cabin and helped us with checking in. The cabin is simple but was very clean and comfortable. Just be sure to bring your own toiletries and kitchen essentials like oil and spices if you want to cook. We really enjoyed the great view of the lake and easy access across the street to swim. The surrounding gardens are well-maintained and the birds are lovely. It's only a short walk or tuk tuk ride to San Marcos.

Great place to stay for a decent price! Taxis come by every now and then so you might have to wait awhile. House was just as beautiful as the pictures.

Looked either freshly remodeled or built. A lot of space. The living room is what I loved the most. It’s exactly how I would want my home. Huge Tv and couch to chill and watch a movie. You could throw a party in the bathroom. I was by myself but if you come as a small family there’s plenty of space to have your own peaceful corner. Would without a doubt rebook.

This was a nice apartment in a local part of San Pedro, close to a couple of Spanish schools. It was clean, the kitchen well stocked and the beds were very comfortable with clean fresh linens. The best part was the above board service from our hosts. We were provided with eggs and bread when we arrived and they responded immediately to any requests. Highly recommend and should we return to San Pedro we would stay here again! Thanks Rosa for all your help.

Casa Antonio is beautiful 🤩 The views are stunning, and it’s just like the pictures, and even bigger. Beautiful touches of fresh flowers, and one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve seen in an air bnb. There are lots of little tienditas within walking distance and it is only a 10 minute walk into town (taking the stairs). It’s about 15 minutes to get back, but it is a work out! Which I enjoyed! Although, the tuk tuks are easy to find to take you up. I spent all my time in the outdoor area, enjoying the views, nature, and watching the rain come in. I work remotely and had no issues with the internet asides from one power outage that was valley wide and out of anyone’s hands. Loved the place so much I extended my stay. Check in instructions were very clear and communication was great. As other people mentioned, you do hear the neighbors, but it did not bother me! Listening to the rain sounds whilst sleeping drowns it out. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Alojamiento en una zona muy tranquila, vecindario seguro, con garage, a 15 minutos de todo lo céntrico de xela. Cecilia muy amable en todo momento. Recomendado.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Todo limpio, la casa muy bonita y la atención excelente. Solo tuvimos fuga de agua en la cocina pero nada que afecte la estadía de ahí en fuera todo totalmente bien.

Absolutely stunning views. Great hosts, everyone was so helpful and immediately responded to anything we asked, we so appreciated their attentiveness. The views from here cannot be beat, wake up just before sunrise and watch. The restaurant had the best food we had in San Marcos actually. And maybe my favorite thing - their jacuzzi was actually extremely clean and well maintained! I’m picky about this. This water was pristine and treated. Perfection in the early mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

El apartamento es hermoso y muy limpio, la vista es increible, todo un paisaje! Sin duda, cuando regresemos nos quedaremos aqui de nuevo. Cariva es super host, muy amable y comunicativa.
