Karen's apartment has a great location, very comfortable and perfect for a group of 7 like ours. A Shopping Center is just in front with everything you need for your stay. Site highly recommended.

Upon arrival, everything was precisely as Jorge offered, which gave us an incredible feeling of trust in our expectations from day one onwards. We stayed for a month and fell in love with the apartment locations and amenities. Jorge is a very enthusiastic host with great communication skills, letting us know about situations in the country while we stayed. Jorge was open to promptly fulfilling our requests and responded to our messages efficiently. For all the reasons abovementioned, we strongly recommend Jorge's apartment to anybody looking for a great location and accommodation in the heart of Guatemala City. Really nice place, calm and clean!

My family and I were delighted with the place, even though we had a small problem with one of the neighbors of the apartment. Josselin resolved it immediately. She is very kind. The place is fully equipped. We stayed for 10 days. We will keep it in mind for our next vacation 🥰

Great place. Felt right at home. I booked this place twice. Peaceful area, modernized.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is 10 minutes away from everything. There were quite a lot of turns to get to the house but that’s just how it is in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe being there. The house was clean overall but there were always critters that got in somehow, not the fault of the host. It’s just Guatemala. I did have a tiny problem with the person in charge of cleaning but I contacted the host Fabian and he corrected it immediately. Thanks again! Thanks again Fabian. I definitely look forward to staying here again in the near future. I will recommend to my family and friends.

A quite cozy place, some cooking stuff is needed but the space is very nice, I would definitely come back.

Very good apartment, clean and we were responded to all the messages quickly. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage there to continue our activities in Guatemala.

Carolina was friendly and helpful at all times. The place is spotless, clean, well-equipped, very comfortable. We definitely come back to this property.

The underground parking was ideal and secure for our motorcycle. The building is relatively new and features nice community areas, along with friendly security guards. We didn’t need air conditioning because the nights were cool and there was a pleasant breeze. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
