the place of Miguel is very nice it is well located ,it is a quiet place, the hosts were attentive to our needs,it is a nice place to rest and enjoy the pool with thermal waters,we had a superb time

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

I loved this Airbnb so much. it is literally directly over all the action and I had a blast being in the center of it all. It also is surprisingly quiet in the bedroom despite being on the main street. The AC was excellent and I loved the balcony. if I could 10 stars I would. definitely goes into top 3 favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in.

This slice of paradise is beyond words and you should just make the amazing decision of staying at the sunset lodge! I booked for two days and ended up staying here a week. Nothing was available so he upgraded me to the ROCK apartment. If you get the opportunity to stay in that unit take it! Luxury and nature at your finger tips. I will 100% be returning to this beautiful resort. Thank you Armand

This was a really lovely stay! The views from the Airbnb are gorgeous and it was wonderful to have access to the lake just steps from our door. The hammock and the porch were also lovely. It is a bit remote in that you have to walk up a steep alley to get to town, but that was known in advance. There also weren’t toiletries provided so would recommend having that with you. Also would recommend taking a boat directly to the Airbnb when you arrive with your luggage so you don’t have to walk up and down the steep alley with your stuff.

I loved our stay here; the staff and the overall atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. The town that is in walking distance doesn’t have much but what it does have is very nice, the recommended restaurant was delicious. The recommended boatsmen was also an amazing help and available at all times of the night/day. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Marcos has a wonderful Airbnb the rivals the beauty of anywhere in the world. Truly a top class experience. Marcos is very knowledgeable of the San Pedro area and is one of the best Airbnb hosts I've met.

Wow - sacred tree was spectacular! The property and facilities are gorgeous and clean and the views are amazing. It’s just far enough from the dock to be peaceful and quiet while still being super accessible. It’s also located a 2 minute walk from free cervesq hostel which serves drinks and snacks to non guests which was super convenient.

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless check-in was easy, and the space was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to the beach.

This place is a gorgeous gem! It’s like a magic trick walking from the busy street with vendors into an oasis of beauty. The property is a dream, the view is impeccable, the house is spacious and nice. We were just very hot the first night as the house had been closed up all day. There were some small bugs throughout the house…and the biggest concern was safety. There are multiple doors to the house that aren’t easily locked. The property feels safe and secure, just the house itself felt insecure. The family that stays on property is there for anything you need and so very helpful at any given moment you need help! They are kind, courteous, and stay out of your way unless you call on them. They let us use their paddle board and took it down to the beach for us and brought it back up. So kind. I would stay again!

this was really great find on Airbnb in San Pedro la Laguna. the place was quiet, private, free of street noise. obviously village's strict rules of quiet hours helped as well. many thanks to Sam who always responded within minutes ready to answer any questions even those nothing to do with his place. he provided with all useful tips and recommendations. will return!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

This is a gorgeous air bnb. The host has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The caretakers are kind and helpful. Our kids loved the hot tub and all the outdoor spaces. Beautiful landscaping and the lake is breathtaking. I loved the open-air feel. We stayed three nights and wished we could stay longer, it was so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you so much, Ana! My stay at Casa de Sirena was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and connection to nature that’s hard to find these days. The house is perfectly situated with a breathtaking view of the lake right from the backyard. Waking up each morning to that serene view and the sounds of nature was truly a gift. What made Casa de Sirena feel even more special was the little touches that brought it all to life. The chickens and the sweet dog on the property gave it a homey, comforting feel. It reminded me so much of my childhood—spending time outdoors, surrounded by animals, fresh air, and simple joys. It was a beautiful blend of nostalgia and tranquility. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat to recharge and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, or with your loved ones—Casa de Sirena is the perfect place. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about my next visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!
