This accommodation is the perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet retreat in the middle of nature. Upon our arrival, we felt warmly welcomed by Jörg and Magdalena. With her warm nature and love for this island, no questions or wishes remain unanswered. Thanks to its central location, the island is wonderful to explore by car. And if the weather on your own terrace isn't quite right, the sunny south is not far away. We have enjoyed the time here very much and are already looking forward to coming back!

We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

Upstairs apartment in a house in the heart of the village with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rocks. the welcome in Inocencia is very friendly. we spent five superb days in this small village, we were able to make very nice hikes in the Anaga massif. In the village is a small shop at bégonia and the Drago bar perfect for a beer after the hike! A perfect stay!

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

We've just finished our stay at the property and it was perfect. We wanted somewhere to relax for the week in beautiful surroundings and it ticked that box and more! The house itself is gorgeous and has everything you'd need for your stay, including a juicer which meant we got to have fresh OJ every morning, with oranges bought down the road. The pool and hot tub in particular were amazing with fantastic views down the valley.

You feel at home , have a good stay,good bedding , important linens. They stay responsive by email. We're thrilled .

We had a wonderful weekend, the apartment has everything, very clean and tidy, ideal for spending a few days with the family. Carmen, the hostess, a beautiful person, very attentive and kind. We recommend it 100%, we will repeat!!!!

Davide was very helpful and welcoming. The villa had stunning views, was very clean and spacious and was well equipped. The location was quiet and peaceful and a short 15mins drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning to this villa. I would highly recommend.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The welcome was absolutely fantastic, and Mauro and Caroline’s hospitality exceeded all expectations. They were always warm, kind, and easy to talk to — we really enjoyed our conversations with them. The accommodation itself was spotless, tidy, and incredibly cozy — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is very convenient, with the highway just a short drive away, making it easy to get around. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation, and I would gladly come back anytime. Came back for the second time due to the great experience we had last year. The apartment still looks great, obviously being used for one year it isn’t newly refinished anymore, but everything still works and was clean. The addition of a dish washer was a great welcome. We’re already planning when to come back next year. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much for your kindness The apartment is perfectly located, close to the sea and to the city, calm too It is also perfectly equipped and clean Maybe the design of bathroom and kitchen could be more modern The only problem is the sound with the apartment of above where the owner lives, we can hear absolutely everything happening : child running right from the morning, noises in general and even dog if left alone and voices sometimes The house may be not soundproof between the 2 floors ….

Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and the location is beautiful. Will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great stay in Tenerife in Kotryna's apartment, the balcony with sunset views is nice. The apartment is well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is easy to park near the building. Communication with Kotryna was easy.

Wow, this Villa exceeded our expectations, particularly the outside pool area, the clean bright patio and seating areas were very comfortable - it felt bigger than we imagined and the view was beautiful. We used the BBQ one evening as it was so chilled and peaceful here. The pool was also heated so was nice to sit late evening dipping our toes. The villa itself was very clean has a brand new modern feel about it, with all the amenities you could need. The location was great for us as it was set back so it was quiet, but only a 10min drive to most places. We did often walk down to front area around 30-40mins plenty of taxis around and it was cheap to get back. Nina was lovely and welcoming greeted us at the villa making check in easy; and gave us some lovely restaurant recommendations which we ate at and loved. We would and have already thoroughly recommend this villa to friends, and if we are back in Tenerife we would absolutely love to stay here. Thank you again.

Everything was perfect! We received clear instructions and faya was always available for us if we had questions! The van was super cozy and exactly Like described. We would definetely book the van again :)

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely recommended! The stay at the place was just amazing! The apartment was the same as in the photos – clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was perfect: quiet and private. However, I would recommend an automatic car to be able to reach everything without any problems. I would especially like to highlight the communication with the host – super friendly, quickly accessible and very helpful with all questions. I felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for the great hospitality!
