Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

My experience in this home was great. The host was very kind, attentive and always willing to help. The apartment was impeccable, very clean and fully equipped (kitchen, microwave, blender, hygiene products, etc.), which made me feel at home. The location of the condominium is ideal: central, close to supermarkets, shopping centers and with easy access to the old town. In addition, the place is very safe, with security in the building and controlled access. The common facilities (swimming pool, heated pool, sauna) were in very good condition and well maintained. The condominium staff was always professional and polite. It was definitely a nice stay. I recommend this accommodation with total confidence and would not hesitate to return.

It's been two magnificent weeks in the place, the apartment is super comfortable, it's very complete, everything you need to feel at home, the perfect location if you want to go out and try the city's cuisine, different places, for shopping, etc. Ximena is very kind and correct, giving tips for arrival and stay in the place. A place to return. Thank you very much, we'll see you soon.

Wonderful place to stay!

Due to a turn of events with family that lives in Bolivia we found ourselves needing to book a place to stay for several people, including my elderly mother-in-law at the last minute. Jose was very responsive, also speaks English, and got back to us quickly and confirmed our stay which was an immense relief. He mentioned that he needed someone to go out to clean the patio again as it had rained and there had been winds. He got someone there immediately and the next morning by 9am to make sure it was perfect. He was very mind and helpful. The place is lovely, very welcoming and warm, good design and homey in an area known for its cold modern apartments. We loved the apartment, it was very comfortable and had all we needed. And more it was on a great street in Equipetrol with everything we could ever want in walking distance, including luxury shopping and restaurants. It was also very safe, felt very at ease walking at night. Highly recommend staying st Jose’s apartment! I will again!

This place was a pleasant surprise, despite the location in the city the house has a lot of outdoor space, it is ideal for putting together a picnic with friends and family or some event. Everything is very well cared for, clean and ready to enjoy

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal churrasquera space. Without asking Jorge offered us to change the date if we wanted due to the rains but we decided to stay, and the next day we had to go he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" very nice too and all the spaces that had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

Place is real big and has everything you need to feel right at home. The owner was very nice and answered any questions asked. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Such a great apartment in a lovely area. We did have problems with checking in and had to wait an hour because the apartment personnel didn’t have the correct instructions.

Just like the photos, the apartment is very comfortable with everything necessary for a long stay. Great location close to nature. Walter was very attentive to our needs at the moment. I highly recommend it.

It was a perfect apartment (with 4 separate bedrooms) for me and my friends in Santa Cruz. Lots of space for everyone, great views from the 12th floor. We stayed there for 2 weeks so I can definitely vouch for Andrea's apartment. I would definitely rent it again. Security guards at the main gate keep a good tab of everyone going in and out so it definitely feels safe. Gracias Andrea!
