Great stay at a great location. Short walk to downtown palo with lots of great restaurants and shops. Check in was very easy with clear instructions. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. Would love to stay again, highly recommended.

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

We loved staying at Michelle’s place! It’s very modern, clean and spacious. Michelle is super responsive, accommodated our early check-in request, and reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend staying there!

Hanna and Jimmys place was awesome! We came for a girls trip and their Airbnb made our trip even that much more special. The space was in a great location, spacious, and was very clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. :)

The location of the suite is in a nice area close to the Mission hills. Very quiet neighbourhood with attractive homes and gardens.

Beautiful Airbnb! Very spacious, very comfortable for my husband and me. I often do not book airbnbs with a few reviews, but I decided to take a chance with this one. Rebecca's communication even before I decided to book - was quick, friendly & very communicative. That was a huge plus for me and I booked immediately. Many Pros * Clean & Spacious * Beautiful backyard! - Dog friendly too (we did not bring our dog but next time we might) * Quiet! I am a very light sleeper and I barely heard any noise at night * AC - I get hot easily so this was perfect * Washer/Dryer stocked with detergent * Have your own parking - there is street parking but may be busy at night but still manageable The only thing that I noticed but not a big deal for us - is the angle of the TV. So you will have to sit at a certain angle on some couches to see the TV clearly. But not a big deal since I was enjoying watching TV from the small dining table. 10/10 would recommend.

The location was great as it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. We really enjoyed the home and James even supplied beach towels and a cooler for use to go to the beach. The outside patio was nice and quiet and we liked eating out there when we were at the house. For the most part we were comfortable however there was one mattress that my kids did not find comfortable. James was very responsive to this as he came over and helped us flip the mattress. My kids were able to sleep on it but it was not the most comfortable mattress. James is very responsive to taking care of you while you are at his house as he usually gets back to you very quickly. We really enjoyed our time there and we would stay there again.

Hai's place was such a a great and nice stay! It's clean, easy parking, and close to a lot of great places like Safeway, Wing Stop, etc. Thank you Hai for being super responsive! Best stay ever!!

We had a wonderful time staying in Sean’s home. The place is perfect for 2 adults & a child. It is located in a nice neighborhood close to a wide variety of convenient places to eat & shop—less than 20 minutes to the airport. There was some traffic noise with the windows open but once they are closed the house became peacefully quiet. I immediately noticed how tidy the house was when we arrived. The kitchen & bath were fully stocked with everything we needed. There were even some extra personal care items available in the closet. The water got nice and hot with great water pressure. The backyard was inviting. The fire pit & string lights set the perfect ambience for a quiet evening outside. It was easy to see that a lot of effort went in to it. Sean is a terrific communicator. He made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed and he always responded promptly after being messaged. His house felt like a home and we would most definitely love to stay there again.

This was a great place to stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and everything was extremely clean. It was a great set up for a family. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend and would consider staying here again if back in the area!

Had a great stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. Loved the detached setup and private side entrance — it made the space feel like our own little getaway. Plenty of street parking and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. I’d definitely book again!

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the heart of Santana Row. The suite was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches, like snacks and a well-stocked fridge. The location was perfect, and everything from the air conditioning to the kitchen gadgets worked flawlessly. Maria, the host, was fantastic and communicative throughout. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I'll definitely be back!
