Great stay at a great location. Short walk to downtown palo with lots of great restaurants and shops. Check in was very easy with clear instructions. Everything was as described and pictured in the listing. Would love to stay again, highly recommended.

This was the a great place to stay for a short work trip. The unit is a first floor private studio apartment with its own private bathroom and kitchen in a small apartment building. There is controlled access to the overall building as well as a key to the room. It is convenient walking distance from everything on Castro as well as the Caltrain station. As others mention, the main drawback was the noise, but I actually found it easier to sleep that way. The kitchen is stocked with some basic food items and breakfast like bagels, yogurt, fruit, coffee pods. It is an older building and unit that I thought had character. Very clean and comfortable.

We loved staying at Michelle’s place! It’s very modern, clean and spacious. Michelle is super responsive, accommodated our early check-in request, and reached out multiple times during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend staying there!

The location of the suite is in a nice area close to the Mission hills. Very quiet neighbourhood with attractive homes and gardens.

Bedroom and classic pullout Ikea couch in the living room as advertised. Driveway spot was nice, not sure how easy it is to squeeze past the dryer in the garage though. AC units worked as intended during 85 degree days. The communication was prompt, clearly with some automation being used but there are real people behind the operation. Kitchen well stocked for cooking equipment. Didnt hear the duplex neighbors at all. Would stay again.

It's hard to beat location of this rental - very close to everything (grocery/department stores, cafes, downtown/farmer's market), but tucked away in a quiet street, away from the traffic noise. It's true that you can hear neighbors from the upper floor, both their footsteps and voices. Well, for the part of my family who were sleeping in the bedroom (me included), this didn't pose a problem (we stayed for 14 days). But the part of the family, that had to sleep in the family room, had it much worse unfortunately, as some of the guests enjoyed both late night talking on the terrace on the upper floor and walking up and down the outside staircase. The apartment was clean enough and had everything you might need for an extended stay, including a decent supply of washing/cleaning and bath/paper products. We had an opportunity to use all the available appliances; had no issue with any of them. I would recommend this rental, with a note about possible noise from the upper floor.

The location was great as it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxed. We really enjoyed the home and James even supplied beach towels and a cooler for use to go to the beach. The outside patio was nice and quiet and we liked eating out there when we were at the house. For the most part we were comfortable however there was one mattress that my kids did not find comfortable. James was very responsive to this as he came over and helped us flip the mattress. My kids were able to sleep on it but it was not the most comfortable mattress. James is very responsive to taking care of you while you are at his house as he usually gets back to you very quickly. We really enjoyed our time there and we would stay there again.

Hai's place was such a a great and nice stay! It's clean, easy parking, and close to a lot of great places like Safeway, Wing Stop, etc. Thank you Hai for being super responsive! Best stay ever!!

This beautiful apartment went above and beyond my expectations, along with the hospitality provided by Kevin and Nadine. They were extremely responsive and made me feel right at home. Beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities—right down to the pink Himalayan pink salt. If additional days had been available to book, I would have! There are 5 other units in the same complex if this particular unit is occupied. I’ll absolutely be recommending this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

We had a wonderful time staying in Sean’s home. The place is perfect for 2 adults & a child. It is located in a nice neighborhood close to a wide variety of convenient places to eat & shop—less than 20 minutes to the airport. There was some traffic noise with the windows open but once they are closed the house became peacefully quiet. I immediately noticed how tidy the house was when we arrived. The kitchen & bath were fully stocked with everything we needed. There were even some extra personal care items available in the closet. The water got nice and hot with great water pressure. The backyard was inviting. The fire pit & string lights set the perfect ambience for a quiet evening outside. It was easy to see that a lot of effort went in to it. Sean is a terrific communicator. He made sure we knew he was available for anything we needed and he always responded promptly after being messaged. His house felt like a home and we would most definitely love to stay there again.

This is our favorite Airbnb in San Jose. House is uncluttered with wonderful internal designs. Host and his family are super nice and helpful. Would love to stay again

Had a great stay! The place was super clean and exactly as described. Loved the detached setup and private side entrance — it made the space feel like our own little getaway. Plenty of street parking and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. I’d definitely book again!

Perfect stay in Palo Alto! The place was very comfortable and spacious in a peaceful area and in walking distance from the town. We really enjoyed our time there and April and the team were super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in the heart of Santana Row. The suite was beautifully appointed with modern amenities and thoughtful touches, like snacks and a well-stocked fridge. The location was perfect, and everything from the air conditioning to the kitchen gadgets worked flawlessly. Maria, the host, was fantastic and communicative throughout. I only wish I could have stayed longer, and I'll definitely be back!

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad.
