The house is very well located in the historic centre of Matino. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is very well equipped and you feel very good there. The terrace is super nice. And Chloe is always available. We had a lovely stay.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

My stay here has been wonderful. I was very well received, Michèle is a very pleasant host who does not hesitate to take the time to chat. The apartment is great, large, authentic, with everything you need, and the outside is perfect too (olive trees, flowers, shady corner, tables...). The villa is located not far from the sea and very pretty villages, beaches… (by car or on foot!). Quiet and relaxing neighborhood, 100% recommended, it was a great time. ❤️

Nice, spacious house on a busy road. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Car parking at the door on the street, city center within walking distance. Hosts were super responsive and had all kinds of tips for restaurants, etc.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The church was 2 mins walking from the Airbnb and it was very convenient findingg everything in town. There were plenty of places where we could eat, drink and shop. We love the private space and the location was not on the main street so noise was surprisingly lower than I expected it to be. The host checked in to make sure we were ok and was responsive. It was about 8 min walk from the train station making it very convenient for us. I would definitely booked again if I'm in Lecce again.

The apartment is very spacious and has a very comfortable, homey feel. The private terrace is lovely. It is a perfect location on a side street not far from all the attractions and various shops. We would definitely stay here again. Mario was very helpful and responsive with the remote check in.

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed there for a month. The house was very large with windows and balconies on both sides of the house so you see the sunrise and sunset everyday. There's a smaller terrace in the back and a larger one in front. There isn't any grass in those terrace areas, if you have a dog, but there is a park just across the street, which even has a dogpark. Everything in the house was in good condition and modern. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away and the seaside is about 10 minutes drive. It's also one of the quietest areas in town, so if you're staying in Nardo and want a little more peace and quiet, this is a good place for you. There's public parking spots directly in front of the house, and nearly every time there were free spots, so it's not an issue finding parking. The only issue for us was the internet works well downstairs but can be a little weak in the rooms upstairs or on the terraces. Something to keep in mind if you're working from there. Beautiful house, super divided for three families, as there are three separate units and you can also retreat well. The disadvantage, however, is that the kitchens are therefore not very large. We imagined the distance to the sea to be smaller, you can already walk there but it is (especially with children) not quite as close as expected. The communication with Giulia was great, she always responded quickly and kindly and was very helpful and accommodating. The apartments were very clean and the garden and Pool nice and well maintained.

Tiziana is charming, attentive and super friendly. We were delighted in the house, super quiet, with parking, it was spectacular.

Buena Onda's place was just perfect. The quality of the services exceeded our expectations and the villa was even more beautiful than in photos. The interior of the house is very well decorated and offers plenty of space for a family, with well separated parts that allowed our 11 year old daughter to have her own space. The house is also very well located and makes it easy to visit the south of the chickens by being both close to Otrante, Lecce or Gallipoli. We recommend this address without hesitation to all families or friends wishing to visit the area and spend a pleasant time in a house in the heart of nature.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet location, nestled in a lovely landscape. Unfortunately, the kitchen lacks some utensils to cook yourself (peeler, good pans, cereal bowls, among others). It would be great if that were added. Otherwise, we were extremely satisfied.

I have been in this wonderful corner of earthly paradise with my 4 dogs. Giuseppe was very helpful in providing all the information and for any need he met our expectations. The house is spacious, clean and wonderful, super equipped. The outdoor space is very nice with a BBQ shower pool. I had the pleasure of meeting Giuseppe's father, who worked in the land adjacent to the house and offered us many products of the land, as well as offering us his availability for any eventuality. We felt right at home. My dogs had fun running in the large outdoor space.

Beautiful house on the ocean

A true Puglian paradise! We were welcomed by the host who left a map with loads of recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities, which was very helpful! One thing in particular that stood out was the well-stocked kitchen (fruit, vegetables, wine, water and plenty of coffee). You don’t see that very often, which made us feel very welcome from the start. The house cat was very cute and so were her 4 kittens! 😻

Everything was great. We felt right at home. Matteo's place is nice, privately located and secluded and has spectacular views of the ocean. You don't even need to go down to the beach and the ocean to feel at the sea.

We spent a couple of days at this accommodation and the first thing that caught our attention was the care the host takes in every detail. Everything is very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped, you can cook whatever you want and even use the BBQ on the terrace above, everything smells very good, you could tell by the candles scattered throughout the house, the sheets, clean towels with a very good smell. He made sure that the guests felt at home, he gave us a bottle of wine (very good by the way) and offered us a bag with beach towels to use as well as a list of recommendations to make the most of our trip. Every day of our stay we always emphasised the good decision we made by booking this accommodation. A winner.

The location is perfect. You walk 10 minutes to the beach! Otherwise you drive everywhere in 10 - 15 minutes. We have had good sleep, there is ample parking, good wifi. Everything was just perfect. A very nice house, with comfortable apartment from a wonderful family!

Stefania's place was perfect! we couldn't ask for more. Big modern flat with balconies facing the sea. plenty of parking and very close to Old town. the flat had everything you might need. I would book again for sure.

Andrea's apartment is exactly as described in the offer. We were immediately at ease, throughout our holidays. The large terrace with a wide view allows a comfortable stay thanks also to the presence of a pleasant breeze. Well served by supermarkets and shops of all kinds, equipped with a large free parking under the house. We thank Andrea for his kindness and helpfulness.

Beautiful apartment. This season this Airbnb ticks all the boxes. It's a real paradise. We had a great week. You can't miss the sunrise over the sea. Access to the sea is a bit sporty and requires appropriate shoes, as recommended by Livia. But the pleasure is intense. The small beach of Acqua Viva a little further away is very popular but absolutely fabulous. The recommendations of nearby restaurants served us well. We used this address to spread the word throughout Salento. The hosts of the apartment downstairs were charming and quiet. We highly recommend it.

Gabriele is a host you can only wish for! Always quick to reach, solution-oriented, super friendly and accommodating! I felt very comfortable in his place. The place is clean. You have everything you need and he even provides a parasol and other things for the beach trip I thought it was really nice that there was water to refill and coffee. It's the little things that made it very cosy. I thought the location was perfect, you could also walk everywhere or take a nice walk to Santa Caterina. In July and August, there is even a bus that connects the surrounding areas. I recommend a car or scooter in the low season. You can park in front of the door. Roberto and his wife were wonderful hosts. Despite our language barrier we communicated very well using our phones. The house is very spacious and well stocked. The area is nice and quiet but only a couple of kilometers from the coat.
