Beautiful location and peaceful environment. Was super easy to locate the apartment through google maps and I really loved the short video showing us how to check-in. The mountain view was beautiful

The stay was just perfect! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal: practically downtown! Viola was very kind. A really nice experience, which I would recommend without hesitation to anyone!

Lovely place in lovely town

A holiday dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without a lift and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the centre of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! The accommodation is just exceptional in the services, the design, the cleanliness. It's the equivalent of a hotel 4 🌟 and I speak knowingly because it's my job to evaluate hotels . The neighborhood is quiet . Motorcyclists can park their motorbike right in front of the window. Large penthouse in the historic center and easy to access, with free parking nearby. February weekend in a strategic location also for visiting the upper Valtellina (both skiing and more). Clean, fragrant, tidy and welcoming accommodation. Very kind, responsive and very helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location that offers a wonderful view. It is just a few minutes by car from the center of Bormio and offers many amenities such as the outdoor barbecue, the hair dryer in the bathroom and a private garage. Highly recommended

We absolutely loved it. The house, the area, everything is just super special. 100m away is the best cafe / bar in town called Bar Marianna's with delicious croissants, coffee, wine, beer, snacks. there is also a great Pizzeria a 2 minute walk away.There are beautiful trails on the mountain a few hundred meters from the front door. The bedrooms, lounge, shower, everything is just really top and far exceeded our expectations.

Spectacular apartment, everything new, clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a vacation in paradise, the host was super attentive and available for any need. It is a 3 minute drive to downtown Bormio, a super quiet area to rest. I recommend it 100%

We enjoyed a very great ski week in Teola. The apartment has a great location, very close to the valley station, quiet, sunny and separate, heated ski room. Giorgio's staff on site were very friendly and very helpful. Only we had 2x short power interruption, because the power grid doesn't seem to be so resilient. Otherwise, everything is great!

We had a great time at cabin Settetre! It is a brand new two-story apartment, very nice and extremely comfortable. Very convenient to go skiing, we will definitely be back

We spent just one night at Eliana's place, but it left a great impression. The apartment was spotless, well-situated near nature and within easy reach of Bormio. Eliana was very friendly and responsive, which made the stay even more pleasant. We would gladly recommend her place.

The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

Very nice and friendly people at the Airbnb. It is a few Meters away from Gardasees, but we could borrow Bikes for a Ride.

I highly recommend it,the place was magical,you woke up and you could see the Alps from your bed. Markus very helpful very nice person and so did his family,even if it wasn't a good place we would go again just for Markus. When we revisit the Italian Alps only there we will stay. We stayed in this beautiful 1600s cabin. It was a magical experience, thanks also to the location that offers a view of the entire valley. The road to get there is a little winding but absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was clean with a lot of useful equipment. The surrounding was beautiful with great views. The cap was about 100 meter away. You can also go to Bormio or Santa Catarina by car/skibus really easily. The communication with Stefano was easy. He is quick responder and he explained to us everything we needed. Simply a dream apartment, living and sleeping downstairs, on the terrace upstairs whirlpool and sun, it is 5 minutes by car from the lake where all the restaurants and shops are, it is simply ideal!
