The place is wonderful. It could be entered in the interior design competition for "the most beautiful mountain apartment" - incredible attention to detail. I can't praise mattia's property enough. It’s right next to the gondola in Pinzolo. It was a wonderful experience. The fact that the tv set didn't work i now see it as a plus.

We stayed in this apartment last summer and loved it, so we decided to come back in winter – and once again, we were very happy with our stay! The location is great: just a 3-minute drive to the ski lift, or you can even walk to the slopes. The apartment is cozy, clean, and offers beautiful views. A perfect place for both summer and winter holidays. We will definitely come back again!

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature", because the lake is right on your doorstep and you can reach it immediately for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The centre of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily accessible on foot (only a short distance is on the road). The hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful with all questions about the stay and beyond.

The stay was just perfect! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was ideal: practically downtown! Viola was very kind. A really nice experience, which I would recommend without hesitation to anyone!

A holiday dedicated to rest and Luca's apartment was perfect. Very spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need and with a beautiful view of the mountains. Ideal for those looking for a quiet holiday surrounded by nature. I do not recommend it for those who have walking problems as it is located on the first floor without a lift and with access from the courtyard with significant slopes. A problem on arrival caused by works in the centre of the village of Precasaglio was promptly solved thanks to the advice of Luca's wife (Debora) who very kindly showed us the alternative to access the accommodation. A special thank you for coming to us about a problem that happened to us at the last minute before leaving. If we have another chance, we'd definitely like to come back. Thank you and goodbye! The accommodation is just exceptional in the services, the design, the cleanliness. It's the equivalent of a hotel 4 🌟 and I speak knowingly because it's my job to evaluate hotels . The neighborhood is quiet . Motorcyclists can park their motorbike right in front of the window. Brand new, super modern apartment on the ground floor. Everything you need is available. The apartment has a private sauna and is centrally located in the valley. Wallbox for E car available. 500m to the valley station, 200 m to the nearest restaurant. With the included map of the Ultental, you can take the bus for free, use the cable car and much more. Very nice and warm owners. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful location that offers a wonderful view. It is just a few minutes by car from the center of Bormio and offers many amenities such as the outdoor barbecue, the hair dryer in the bathroom and a private garage. Highly recommended

This apartment is very close to Tirano so it is an excellent base for catching the Bernina Express. The apartment has a lovely village Outlook and safe free parking in the small community car park.

We stayed in this beautiful 1600s cabin. It was a magical experience, thanks also to the location that offers a view of the entire valley. The road to get there is a little winding but absolutely worth it. We'll definitely be back!

We had a great stay. The accommodation was super clean, you could feel right at home. From the terrace, you had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and villages. The garden is well maintained and invites you to relax. There is a restaurant in the village. Otherwise, you needed a car for everything. It was a pity that the strada della forra has been closed since 2023, and so excursions were sometimes a little more difficult. But everything also goes through detours. We would definitely book again and thank you for the lovely stay.

Very special place, we enjoyed every minute of it! This view on the lake and montains was unique. The house was beautiful and very comfortabel.

Warm and cozy house that really meets every need, honestly it will be difficult not to compare with other accommodations in the future; unfortunately we did not meet the host in person, but he was always timely in his communications and available for small tips, we will definitely be back!!
