Our reception, located at Passeig Calvell, 45, just a few meters from the building, is where check-in, and key collection takes place and is always on hand to assist you during your stay. It is not included in the reservation price and must be paid through online check-in. Our home has been completely renovated and features one separate bedroom and a second room, ideal as an additional space for relaxing, working, or adapting to guests’ needs. The loft has two full bathrooms and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen connected to the living and dining area, creating a spacious, comfortable, and functional space. The living room opens directly onto a lovely private terrace, perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s climate. Roós Loft is a stylish 95 m² design loft with an additional 25 m² terrace, located in Poblenou, one of Barcelona’s most attractive neighborhoods, approximately 500 meters from Mar Bella beach. Set in a charming older building, the apartment combines a minimalist style with all the comforts needed for an enjoyable stay. It is very well connected to Barcelona city center: Poblenou metro station (L4) is just a few minutes’ walk away, and several bus routes provide easy access to Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Las Ramblas. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, and everything you may need during your stay. The apartment also offers air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, a hairdryer, basic bathroom amenities, and free Wi-Fi. A spacious and comfortable loft with a private terrace, ideally located for enjoying both Barcelona’s beaches and the city. Turist tax is not included in the price.
