Nuestro luminoso apartamento de 100 m² tiene capacidad para hasta 9 huéspedes y es ideal para familias y grupos de amigos que desean disfrutar de Barcelona juntos. Está situado frente a la estación de metro Paral·lel y a pocos minutos a pie de Las Ramblas, el Puerto y Montjuïc. El apartamento dispone de 3 amplios dormitorios, una sala de estar, cocina y 2 baños completos con bañera y ducha. Tanto el salón como los dormitorios tienen balcones orientados a la ciudad, que aportan abundante luz natural y permiten disfrutar del ambiente urbano de Barcelona. La distribución del apartamento incluye 6 camas individuales, bajo petición pueden prepararse como camas dobles extragrandes King-size. El tercer dormitorio dispone además de un sofá cama doble y en el salón hay otro sofá cama doble. También es posible solicitar una cama extra o una cuna. El apartamento cuenta con aire acondicionado, calefacción, sistema de purificación del aire, Wi-Fi gratuito y TV con canales internacionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y dispone de mesa y sillas para comer, además de balcón con lavadora, secadora y cubos de reciclaje. Las ventanas de doble acristalamiento ayudan a mejorar el aislamiento. Al encontrarse en una zona céntrica, animada y con tráfico, puede percibirse el ambiente propio de la ciudad. Fully serviced penthouse duplex with terrace - professional 30 minute daily cleaning included monday through saturday. The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the second floor you have access to a large private roof top terrace with chill out furniture, plants and an outdoor shower. The apartment is located in the city centre next to the Contemporary Art Museum, only a few minutes walking to Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya! Feel at home while enjoying hotel services like daily cleaning. The apartment has been decorated with a lot of taste and character. In the room you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. There are 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and the other bedroom a double bed. There are three complete bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with wi-fi internet. The three double bedrooms makes this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also have more apartments available in the same building. The apartment covers a whole floor of the building and the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace is a sun deck for day use until 10.00 pm in order not to bother they rest of the neighbors. Clients have access to free wifi, tv, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, heating, laundry machine downstairs in the building basement, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, complementary amenities, towels, sheets..... Extra cleaning is also available for a fee. Our target clients are adults 30+, families and business travellers. We don't accept bachelor parties or anyone that might bother other neighbors. Check-in after 20.00 has an extra cost of 30 euros. For check-ins after 24.00 there is an extra cost of 50 euros.

Large windows let in natural light in a quiet urban setting. They have a living-dining room, bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The interior colors convey freshness, tranquility, confidence, well-being, positive energy, stimulate creativity and reading. TOURIST TAX: 6.88€ per night per person, for up to 7 nights (adults only). The guest must pay the tourist accommodation tax, which is €6.88 per night per person, for up to 7 nights. Starting on April 1, 2026, the amount will be €10.45 per night per person, up to a maximum of 7 nights. LAUNDRY SERVICE (EXTRA CHARGE) In addition, we offer a convenient laundry service available, which comes with an extra charge. -Our standard cleaning schedule is halfway through stays of 5 days or more. Guests can request extra cleaning during their stay, subject to availability and an additional charge of 35€. -On the day of departure, the client must leave the apartment in acceptable conditions of order and cleanliness. Boutique Apartments 23 Barcelona will have the right to charge additional cleaning costs when the apartment is not in acceptable conditions, as well as the possible damages caused.

Daily cleaning and change of towels is not included but can be booked for an extra cost. Stag or hen parties or similar parties are strictly forbidden. Children up to 3 years stay for free in existing beds. Older children are considered as adults.
