The apartment consists of 3 more balconies and has a safe, surveillance cameras, security doors, intruder detector and smoke detectors connected to the central office 24 hours a day. Imagine swimming, paddle surfing course, playing with your kids in the sand, running on the shores of the Mediterranean, or just enjoying the varied gastronomic offer of the neighborhood. Apartment 🏠 rules we welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out if you leave before, leave the keys on the table and close the door on your way out. Remember to always lock. Surrounded by fresh market, shops, restaurants, and very well-connected (L4-Poblenou) and many buses. The apartment has been totally renovated. It is very spacious (110 m2). Three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is equipped to handle long stays. Perfect for families (a baby's crib).
