However, despite its central location, the room is quiet thanks to its aluminum windows with double glazing, which provide excellent insulation from possible external noise. The duplex is divided as follows: on the first floor, there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen integrated into a single space, where the 4 windows and high ceilings give a feeling of space and brightness to the room. Also on this floor are a guest bathroom, a double bedroom, and a laundry and storage room. From here, you access the second floor via the internal staircase, which consists of a room with a trundle bed and a bathroom with a shower. (This duplex accommodates 6 people, but there is the possibility of reserving 2 additional spaces on the third floor, subject to availability. It should be noted that from late July to early August, the main festival of Sant Feliu de Guíxols is celebrated, so during these dates, there may be a higher level of noise than usual.

My place is indicated specially for nature lovers as the apartment is next to 'Cami de Ronda' the walkway where you can admire the beauty of the Costa Brava (see pictures). Easy walking access to the beaches of Sant Pol (10 minutes), Sant Feliu (15 minutes) and 'La Conca' (20 minutes), times depending on fitness and route. There is a map in the apartment providing shortcuts to move around Sant Feliu.
