Lovely apartment in front of the sea. It's placed in the city center and the views of the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols are fantastic. It has been renovated in 2019. This apartment is an open-concept space, with kitchen, living-room and private terrace. There is a private double bedroom and private bath with shower. All the house has a lot of natural light and you cans see the beach and the sea from the living-room, the kitchen and the bedroom. WIFI included in the price HUTG-042923

Lovely modern and new apartment at 1 km from the sea. Fresh and super brightness, fully equipped and with all the comforts what you can need. Beautiful views to the sea and mountains. We had a two-week stay at this house and we really enjoyed it. The highlight of our experience was definitely the breathtaking view, which was nothing short of spectacular. The spacious terrace and pool were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The place is also very well connected, easy to get to the beach and the shops by car. The only minor drawback was that there was only one air conditioning unit located in a corridor on the upper floor, which wasn’t quite enough to cool the bedrooms effectively. However, if you don't mind the heat, this shouldn’t be a problem. Also, while the area is generally peaceful, we did notice that the neighbors could be a bit noisy at times. It wasn’t a major issue, but worth mentioning for those who value complete quiet. Overall, it's a beautiful spot for a vacation.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison. L'environnement est magnifique et parfait pour un séjour avec des enfants. La proximité de la piscine et des terrains de sport est un vrai plus. Les commerces et le centre-ville sont à 10 min en voiture. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact avec Bruno et sont frère Willy. On reviendra avec grand plaisir dans cette maison.

Super séjour , l’emplacement est privilégié , disposant d’une crique privée magnifique avec une piscine dominant la mer dans un beau quartier. L’appartement est petit (les chambres et lits surtout) mais ça a fonctionné avec l’utilisation du canapé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. L’appartement est bien équipé. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter.
