Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sanremo

Our stay was very pleasant, first of all by a warm welcome from Pascal who is very friendly. The listing was as shown in the photos and description. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Too bad the outside temperature was too cool for us to enjoy the pool. Thank you Pascal for your welcome and for giving us good advice for our visits. We will definitely come back to see you for a stay.

Casa francese became our home for a soft Italian week. We went with little expectation and no research on montegrazie or imperia and found ourself in a very welcoming corner of Italy filled with sun and love. The appartment was comfortable and felt homey very soon. It is artistic, minimal, spacey and beautiful. We had an amazing view to the church in the front hill from our room that I will never forget.

I had such a lovely stay at Dominique and Jacqueline's place! The views are beautiful and the hosts are so kind and generous.

Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

The stay was magical. Andreas Haus is surrounded by his 400 olive trees. If you are looking for peace and quiet on holiday, Andrea's house is the right place for you. The host is warm and very accommodating. The apartment is furnished with all the things you need. Everything is coordinated and very inviting. Spotless. Imperia and the small villages around it are enchanting. The people are incredibly hospitable. Along the coastal road, there are many beautiful places to enjoy the day by the sea. But I also spent the days in the house, because it was a very special place for me. At night, even the fireflies compete with the stars. I can only recommend this enchanting home to everyone. I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Domus Ista - the right house.. for the two of us, definitely! We had a great time in Stefanos stylishly renovated house. As soon as you arrive, you can see how much feeling, taste and know-how the house has been renovated with. Super charming mix of old and new! Ideally located for one or the other tour by bike and still close to the sea. Beautifully situated in the countryside and on the balcony, with a view of the sea and the beautiful old church tower, you can relax for breakfast! We will surely come back....to the right house for us!

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Wonderful experience. The location of this apartment is unbeatable. 5 minutes' walk from the centre and 10 minutes from the train station, in the heart of Sanremo. The apartment as such: IMPECCABLE, bright, clean, with everything you need for a safe and comfortable stay. Check in and check out easily. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

What a great stay! We loved our stay in Fabio’s place. The views were lovely. The host, Gariella was great. We felt very comfortable in the appartment. It was fabulous and had everything we needed, especially when the weather was rainy, we were very happy staying at home!

Highly responsive host! Impeccable accommodation with nothing to say and the magnificent view! Small accuracy, a train passes below and passes regularly during the day, it generates a bit of noise! But otherwise we had a great time! I recommend rafaella!😊

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.

We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city centre of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to the ice cream parlour and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top host. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

This luxury apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the comforts. The spacious terrace with a nice jacuzzi is a wonderful place to stay, even during the winter months. Various fitness equipment is available and the sauna and rain shower complete the feeling of well-being. Host Roselyne and her husband Gérard know how to strike a perfect balance between offering privacy to guests and being available to answer any questions they may have. As guests, we felt very pampered. This property is highly recommended, but we would prefer to keep it a secret. 😉

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Bordighera! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is very convenient — just outside the house there’s a bus stop that takes you directly to the main train station in only four stops. If you take the bus in the opposite direction, you can reach Sanremo, a beautiful nearby town that’s definitely worth a visit. There’s also a lovely sea-facing restaurant near the port entrance, and a large supermarket about a 15-minute walk away, which was super handy. Helen is an excellent host — very communicative, friendly, and always ready to help. She made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Bordighera!

Our stay was really nice. Ms. Sara and her father, Mr. Mario had thought of everything for our stay. Sweet treats, a tidy house, clean towels and linens, a beautiful and useful patio, everything was very good and as described. Especially for those who will go with a small child like us, the porch is both safe and very enjoyable. They were also very helpful at the entrance and explained everything in detail. Thank you very much again, you can stay with peace of mind.
