Monthly Rentals in Sanpaul

From all my stays in Cluj, this has been by far the best one. Not only was the place well located, extremely cleaned and well equipped, the host was amazing. Cristian was quick to reply and friendly! If you’re looking for a place that has public transportation nearby, supermarkets and even a pizza place nearby then this place is perfect. The bed is a 10/10 and whenever I had questions or needed help with the heating and the washing machine, Cristian helped immediately. Well worth the money and when I’m back in Cluj this will be my top choice. The city center is just a few stations away with the bus and if visiting the park is what you want then the tram is also close by.

The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. We appreciated that the bedroom is spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. The same is the bathroom, spacious and clean. The kitchen equipped with what is needed, we are a family with two relatively small children and we had something to prepare food for the whole family. The location of the apartment is a good one, away from the crowds of the city, but at the same time close to our point of interest (BTArena), about 10 minutes by car. Private parking place, which is a great plus. The road to the city is crowded in the peak hours, but this is in every big city, we didn't mind very much, being used to this type of traffic that we also meet in our city, in Timisoara. Shops very close to the location: Lidl, and another shop complex where I saw that it was Pepco, Jysk and others. Hosts responded to us promptly. I recommend this place to stay, we had nothing to reproach :)

This apartment was ideal for us. We were visiting the 3 day Jazz in the Park Festival and it was only a 15 minute walk to the park. When not at the Festval we wandered down to the river and walked along the bank which is covered in pedestrian paths, wildflowers and seating areas. On our last day we walked along the river into the centre of the Old Town (about 40 minutes) and then got the bus back after lunch. The apartment is neat, well equipped and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well and there is everything you could possibly need. It is a bit of a climb to the top floor of the apartment block but it is worth it to be able to sit out on the balcony, neat to a tree that blocks the other apartments, and look at the hills.

I really enjoyed Melinda's appartment. My flight was delayed and she made the checkin very easy. The appartment is as It is shown in the pics, with an excellent table to work, a very confy bed and kitchen well equipped. pity that weather was not that good to enjoy the balcony. The location of the place is optimal for me: very close to the river, so I can jog next to It, coffee place and supermarkets 3 minutes walking. Center is 30 minutes walking by the river. I will repeat
