Keine Nachbarn die vom Kinderlachen gestört werden. Auch zum Ausspannen mit Freunden hervorragend geeignet. Die Lodge liegt auf etwa 600m mit Blick über das Mostviertel. Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

Das Flößerhaus ist kein gewöhnliches Apartment. Das Gebäude aus dem 17. Jahrhundert wurde von Hertl Architekten behutsam saniert und für den Mies van der Rohe Award nominiert. Wer hier wohnt, wohnt in einem Stück Architekturgeschichte. Die einzigartige Architektur und die sorgfältig gestalteten Innenräume verleihen diesem Loft seinen unverwechselbaren Charakter. Completely newly renovated, 650-year-old old town apartment, only 5 minutes' walk to downtown in an absolutely quiet location in the beautiful Wehrgraben right next to the Steyr River. Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.
