This is clearly the very best apartment we have ever booked! I used to be a Superhost myself, but Karl does it 1000 times better than I used to, because he takes really wonderful care of the apartment and guests, the communication is reliable and smooth and you can tell that he himself is a world traveler who knows what you need as a guest. This apartment is beautiful but also very cozy and so ideally furnished that you can feel free and move freely. The sunrise is fantastic - hard to find anything comparable. We were not there for vacation, but the pleasant ambience alone gave us a holiday feeling. More than recommended!

The place is beautiful and the attention to detail is not to be missed. The location is great and we were able to relax superbly. We felt so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Katharina, was always easy to reach and gave us good advice on everything. She is very sweet and accommodating. In fact, we got stuck in the snow with our car and even there Katharina immediately rushed us to help! We'll charge her this up! I really recommend everyone to visit the place. Sauna& hot tub were easy to use and simply relaxing. We would love to visit Katharina's place again!

It was very nice, the communication was excellent, nothing was missing and if you had suggestions, it was addressed directly. The cabin is well equipped and has a great location for skiing.

We were guests in the small fine cabin over the turn of the year. It is very cozy and you have everything you need. The village is very well maintained and incredibly quiet. Countless hiking opportunities are right outside the door. The surrounding area also offers some attractions. We were very warmly received and the further communication was also very friendly and uncomplicated. Franz is easily accessible and immediately on hand if help needed. We felt very comfortable there and had a relaxing time. Our dog also had a lot of fun and enjoyed the hikes. We really enjoyed the immediate proximity to the animals and nature. The round through the forest on the arch course is highly recommended, even without a bow ; ) If you're looking for relaxation in nature, this is the place to be. We would love to come back again.
