In the state-approved resort of Zella-Mehlis, we have lovingly converted a cosy apartment under the newly insulated roof of the "Villa Anschütz". The villa was built in 1911 by the founding company of the world-famous Anschütz Sportwaffen. Relax in the garden under the 100-year-old blood beech, next to the ancient rhododendron bushes or by the stream. The original beams of the roof truss, illuminated with warm light, make the apartment particularly cosy.

On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

Our guest house (approx. 89m) is located on our mini-farm, which we run as a hobby. The Schleusehof is idyllically located on a small river, where you can cool your feet on hot days. The house can accommodate 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). On request, we also have a cot for the little ones. The farm offers space to romp and relax. In the house, all 3 bedrooms are furnished in pine wood.
