House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The house by the lake, my lifelong dream. But too big to use on my own. Away from mass tourism, nestled in the mountains, right by the lake, surrounded by forests. Inside and around the house, everything is very spacious for both people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to the BBQ/fire pits, sauna, private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, SUP board and garden shed (‘Villa Seen-Sucht’), our guests can use everything… that way, it’s more fun for all of us. A truly special place!

Holiday apartment in the heart of Styrian Zirbenland. Centrally located in the picturesque village of Obdach, located in the Murtal on the border between Styria and Carinthia. The self-catering hut is located at about 1350 m above sea level. Particularly suitable for couples or families with up to max. 4 children. An ideal starting point for hikes on the Zirbitzkogel or child-friendly hiking trails start right outside the door. No single location, but large garden with terrace, a nice sauna, solar shower outside and additional dining area in the garden by the fireplace. The cabin is strictly non-smoking and unfortunately animals are not allowed.

The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances, including a dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is equipped with Swiss pine beds for restful and healthy sleep. In winter, we recommend snow chains!
