Our holiday home is located by the lake and comprises four apartments (bedroom/living area in one), a laundry room (incl. dryer). Sauna + steam shower. The large lakeside property is a haven for adventure and relaxation, perfect for swimming, soaking up the sun, enjoying nature and unwinding. The contrast with overflowing lakes. Well protected, separated from the house only by an access road. Plus, shared facilities: children’s playground, BBQ, fire pit, dining areas, rowing boat, 2 stand-up paddleboards, washing machine, living room with covered terrace.

The Axter Hütte, which is actually a chalet, is located in an easily accessible secluded location in Reichenfels in the beautiful Lavanttal in Carinthia at 1330 m above sea level and is an excellent starting point for relaxed ski tours and hikes. The Obdach ski resort is about 20 minutes, the Klippitztörl ski resort is about 30 minutes and the Koralpe ski resort is about 45 minutes by car. Obdach - Apartment for 2 persons

Holiday apartment in the heart of Styrian Zirbenland. Centrally located in the picturesque village of Obdach, located in the Murtal on the border between Styria and Carinthia. In winter, ideal for skiers and touring enthusiasts. Valley station Schilift Obdach Odach valley station about 500 m away In summer for hiking and nature lovers but also for motorsport fans. ®HOAM House

The ®Hoam House is a chalet of a special kind. In the loft style, you can relax and unwind. Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

The self-catering hut is located at about 1350 m above sea level. Particularly suitable for couples or families with up to max. 4 children. An ideal starting point for hikes on the Zirbitzkogel or child-friendly hiking trails start right outside the door. No single location, but large garden with terrace, a nice sauna, solar shower outside and additional dining area in the garden by the fireplace. The cabin is strictly non-smoking and unfortunately animals are not allowed.
