The 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house from the 1930s, just a few minutes and meters away from the Moselle, bike path, train, various shopping, tourist information, wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Hiking enthusiasts will find wonderful and well-signposted trails on both sides of the Moselle. Bus and boat trips are also offered. Also recommended is a visit to the thermal baths, an outdoor pool open year-round with beautiful views of vineyards and forest.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
