Upstairs, two sleeping areas on the mezzanine. A fully fenced garden of 350 sqm, our house is fully equipped. You are 20 minutes from the Biscarrosse ocean, 20 minutes from Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat.50€ cleaning fee will be charged upon arrival. Very happy stay. 😉

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!
