The Villa was lovely with fantastic views and great to have your own pool. Well equipped with all the mod cons and great air con. Dawn was fantastic and gave very clear instructions and pro actively checked in with me prior my arrival. The location is 5 mins drive from the most beutiful bar and restaurant 1748, the restaurant next to that Tropic fusion was good as well with fantastic views as you are literally sitting on the beach or the swings at the bar. It was very much Tom cuise beach bar vibes in the film Cocktail but better. Your only 5 minutes away from the West End Port which takes you to Jost Van D, which i cant reccomend enough, just get the 10am ferry to make the most of the beach bar festivities. You will need to higher a car no matter where you are on the island so location is not a big deal, Nanny Cay is also a great place to go and if you land in beef island do a day in Virgin Gorda straight away. Only negative is the roads are unmade but u get used to it. 100% stay here

From start to finish our experience with Ann Marie and stay at Ataraxia Cottage was fantastic! Ann Marie was incredibly communicative and responsive from the start, providing (extremely helpful!) guidance on getting on the car ferry in St Thomas and where to meet her to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was a dream - literally, we slept like logs on a wonderful mattress every night after busy days hiking and on the beach. The cottage provided the perfect haven for our stay - the kitchen is equipped well for small meals, beach chairs and towels provided, and we barely needed the AC - the ceiling fans were enough! We would and will absolutely return to Ataraxia and Coral Bay - slightly off the beaten track and still so easy to reach all parts of St John. We had a fantastic stay! Check-in was completely hassle-free—Brynley met us at a local restaurant and made us feel welcome right away. We discovered a problem with the air conditioning our first night, and Brynley took action immediately—she had a technician out the very next day, and it was fully fixed by that evening. She also provided an incredibly detailed and up-to-date guidebook that was far better than anything we found online—it really helped us make the most of our time in the BVI. And we absolutely loved spending time with her sweet dogs! Highly recommend this place for a warm, well-supported island stay.

If you're looking for a get away with an amazing view this is the place to be. You feel right at home, at peace and you won't feel like leaving once you arrive. Had an amazing time, and will definitely be back.
