A very comfortable place to stay, providing a convenient location to explore Shetland. The accommodation was very thoughtfully laid out and equipped, providing a really nice, bright and deceptively spacious place that suited us very well (2 couples, no children). We loved sitting and gazing out of the sitting room window. We also really appreciated the home made cake, eggs, milk and other provisions provided by Fiona/the proprietor who gave us complete privacy and separation from their own house and garden.

Yvonne is a superb host! Very accommodating and understanding when my plans had changed. The property was absolutely beautiful, very comfortable and homely and it had everything I needed. A very well thought out accommodation and very tastefully decorated. I loved staying here and will be returning again next year! Thank you so much Yvonne.

Shelby’s was the perfect cottage for our stay and she was so friendly and helpful. Perfectly situated for South Mainland and with everything we wanted. Fresh eggs available about 50 metres away, a wonderful local shop. Curlews and their chicks on plain view from the kitchen window. What more can you ask?

We really enjoyed our stay in this studio, it is beautifully decorated and well equipped. It is perfect for 2 people and well situated for exploring Shetland. We really couldn’t fault anything and would highly recommend this listing if you want to stay relatively close to Lerwick.
