Due to the convenient location of The Courtyard, it is a short walk to pubs, restaurants and tea rooms . A 10/15 minute walk to Shanklin seafront with cafes, arcades, crazy golf and sandy beaches. Shanklin town and bus links are in close proximity to the flat.

Just a 15 minute stroll to the cliff path with access to Sandown beach one way & Shanklin beach the other. Train station, Aldi, Morrisons and the bus service are also conveniently located within a 10 minute walk. Small dog allowed with prior agreement. We moved to this beautiful island in Dec 2020 and would love you to stay to explore & experience all its beauty too ❤

We had a great week at Steve's static caravan. Everything was as described, well equipped, right down to a sewing kit. Location was perfect for the island's Red Squirrel Trail linking to miles of traffic free cycling and walking. We accidentally left with one of the hand towels and Steve was completely understanding saying we could keep it as a souvenir of the island. We plan to return in future to make some more memories.

We had a wonderful stay with friends. The place was large enough so that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. 2 parking spaces was very useful, great garden for the kids to play in and close by to the beach. It also felt very homely. Very well equipped kitchen.

We had a lovely stay at Susan’s place! Everything was really clean and tidy, we had everything we needed and it was a walkable distance to the beach / main town. We arrived late on the check in day so we really appreciated the breakfast items left for us! Would 100% recommend!

Little Lismoy is a lovely house with a fantastic view. Fabulous location with the beach directly opposite. 10 mins walk to the pier and 5 mins walk to the High Street (where you’ll find a Co-op and Sainsbury’s Local). There’s a big Morrisons 10 mins drive away. Sandham Gardens and Dinosaur Isle are a 2 mins walk away. Anywhere you may want to see/visit are no more than half an hour drive away. The house had everything we needed and Brian was a great host, he was quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Lovely stay, we stayed here with two other families, it was a great base to congregate with plenty of space and amenities. lovely big kitchen and dining table for communal eating and drinks. Lovely outside courtyard. So close to the beach and town which was great. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Host was quick to respond to messages and great helpful instructions. 😊

Meadow flat is a lovely base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The flat is situated in the lovely little town of Shanklin and is easy to reach by car. Leon and Jac are quick to respond to any queries and Jac was a great help with the ferry reservations. The flat is comfortable and equip with everything you could need. We would stay again!
