A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

The park of Sandved is just a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.
