We had an overall great stay at Sam’s place! My group and I were only in town for one night for a concert and this place accommodated us very well. It was exactly as described and everything was clean. It may seem small but it holds 6 people very comfortably! It was easy to find and easy to check-in. Thank you for hosting us and accommodating and early check-in!

The property was spacious and very charming! We enjoyed all the amenities and Monica was an amazing host! She was very helpful and responsive! I highly recommend this property.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the space, the amenities, and the location! It is a great location for those who want to enjoy the ocean front while having more space for your family. The laundromat is convenient and you now can pay using your phone by scanning QR code. Shawna is helpful and responds quickly to any questions. Overall a great experience!

Raul & Korie’s place was absolutely amazing. It was located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and the space made us feel like we were home. You can tell that Raul & Korie take pride in making their place perfect for guests. From the detailed check-in instructions explaining how to access the place and where to park to the lovely snacks and water left for guests to enjoy. The place was very clean and the bed was also pretty comfortable. Do yourself a favor and book this place if you’re in the area. We definitely will do so again!

Emma is a fantastic host! I had never officially rented on here and she considered me anyways. I was so appreciative of that! As a single mom of two littles, her studio condo at the North end of the Va boardwalk was perfect!!! She sent me clear directions for a seamless check in and checkout. I was able to pull up to unload and load. It was quiet and beautiful! My kids absolutely loved their vacation! My 5 year old thought she left her gemstones there and Emma was willing to send them if her cleaning team found them! Again, above and beyond! I am so thankful for the stay and the responsive host. It is the perfect spot! I highly recommend renting from her!

Maria is a great host and very responsive, our group was planning to arrive late and when I raised those concerns to Maria she responded immediately. Check in instructions were very easy to follow, we arrived after midnight and had zero issues getting into the building and apartment. We had a group of four of us going to the city for a concert, the space was a little bit tight for the four of us because we had to use the pull out couch for sleeping, but had we not had to do that or had we folded the couch back up during the day the space would've been plenty. The location is great for a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars in the area as well. There's plenty to do in the area, if I were to go back to Virginia Beach I would definitely consider staying here again!

Great spot and amazing location. Super responsive host but still very private location for the set up. The porch sitting paid for itself ! Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Location, location, location! Being right on the beach and having such a beautifully cultivated outdoor space was so nice! Really enjoyed amenities like the outdoor shower, beach chairs, and the hot tub.

Ventura’s place was great, very clean and tidy. Very quiet with a good vibe. Enjoyed being able to walk to several restaurants in the area.

Great little place in the heart of sandbridge. Quick walk to the beach and restaurant/grocery store. Plenty of parking. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had new appliances and nicely stocked. Washer and dryer was a bonus. We really enjoyed staying at this AirBNB.

Wendy was an exceptional host. She was always very timely in her responses if we had any questions/concerns. The property was so beautiful and Wendy made my husband and I feel right at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Wendy again! :)

This was a great place to take the family for a weekend vacation, they had everything you needed to stay occupied and very close to off site restaurants and shopping strips.

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

Beautiful ground floor condo close to everything in Williamsburg. Condo is nicely equipped for a short to medium stay. Bed is comfortable and shower has great water pressure and amenities. Pool is a short walk away, with pool towels provided. Wyndham did call me and ask me to do a timeshare presentation, but they were cordial and didn’t pushed when I declined. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m in the Williamsburg area.

This worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and was helpful to have the pool and a playground right there and walkable. Would stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious, and very clean airbnb in one of the best locations in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. We enjoyed our stay immensely!
