Condo holiday rentals in Sand Key, Clearwater

This was our fourth year In a row staying here. We just love this place. Very quiet, lots to do. The scenery is amazing, from the view of the water to seeing dolphins and manatees while swimming in the ocean. Lynne is such a wonderful host and always leaves us a wonderful key lime pie. We are already planning another stay

This has been my favorite spot to stay. The home is clean and has everything you need. The view of the canal, the beach access and feeling safe is why I like this place.

I would recommend this place to anyone!! There was 4 of us, plus our fur baby. I know it’s not right on the ocean, but it’s just a short 15 minute drive to the beaches! Damian was an excellent host, responded right away. I had no issues whatsoever! The place was loaded with beach stuff, which we didn’t use. But, if you forget anything it’s nice that’s it’s available. Also had plenty of dishes if you want to make your own meals. He also sent a bunch of recommendations which was nice. The condo was very clean and homie feeling. The pool was nice, though we only used it once. We had a really quiet stay. I would most definitely come back to Damian’s condo. Thank you for such an excellent stay.

We found a lovely quiet spot at the beach and it was magical. My 3 year old loved being steps away from the water. Joanna’s place was the perfect size for the 3 of us. We brought a roll out mattress and kept our son in the bedroom with us, which had plenty of space. The king bed was comfortable, sheets and blankets were clean. The whole place was very clean and inviting. There were plenty of towels for all. We also brought our small dog, which we are so grateful for. Belleair beach is not a very dog friendly place- not many walkable places other than the main road with heavily sprayed grass outside of all the condos, but we were so happy to have her with us nonetheless. The kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, and glass Tupperware for leftovers. The prep space was small, but perfect for us to prepare simple meals. We truly had everything we needed and we are so thankful to have been able to make beautiful memories with our son.

This place was wonderful for our family. Since we flew down we were nervous we would not have all the things we usually take to the beach. We were shock at how well the beach supplies were stocked. This might seem trivial to some but I even appreciated the extra mile on toilet paper! Plenty for the week and not one ply! The access to the beach is amazing with a very short two minute walk. The place was very clean. Refrigerator had condiments. So many little added touches. I would stay here again and I highly recommend this host/hostess!

I’ve seen lots of hosts referred to as superhosts, but this description really fits Larissa!! Her condo is the perfect location, close to Clearwater Beach & a lovely small town called Dunedin. The pool was a walk that was literally a seconds from the condo. It was clean, quiet & very relaxing. I didn’t have many questions that weren’t explained in her information but when I did Larissa answered very quickly. Don’t hesitate to book this space that was perfect for 2-3 people. Great place in a fantastic location across the street from the beach access. A designated parking space made it easy to run out for food or ice cream and not worry about getting a parking space when you return. I appreciated the provided beach chairs and wagon - I was there for spending the day and this was a great option. Will definitely return

Sandra was very kind and very responsive. She even set out a bottle of wine for us. The instructions for check out were clear and seamless. We loved the stay and were close to the beach.

It was a great stay with plenty of space and easy access to the beach. Just what we anticipated.

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

We had a great time during our stay! The unit is in a great location what is off the beaten path a bit but is still walkable to restaurants and the beach. Andrew was super responsive and had great information, and made for an easy AirBnB experience.

The apartment was amazing. The location is very close to restaurants and bars, not to mention how close it is from the beach. We also had our fur babies with us, and the dog beach was also in a walking distance. The parking was absolutely a plus. It will be our choice every time we visit Clearwater for sure ! I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The rooms were spotless. Check in was easy. The amenities are great. The beach was great. Our 9 year olds also loved it. We can’t wait to return.

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

This condo was a great stay for our group! The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. We loved having so much space and enjoyed the balcony. Pinlan was very responsive to any questions or issues we had!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! Worth every penny paid. We had 4 adults and a 9 month old. It was so spacious, and was perfectly set up to have a family. Especially nice with all the kiddo amenities like pack and play, high chair, etc. The hosts always responded immediately, the place was spotless, great walkable location. We will be back to this condo no doubt!

Perfect! Beautiful condo, fully equipped with everything you could possibly require. 5 minute walk to the stunning Clearwater Beach. Great hosts, going over and above with what they provided: Beach Towels, Beach Chairs/Parasol. Would love to return some day. Would highly recommend to anybody.

Excellent location for beach which was much less crowded than up around Pier 60. Within walking distance of restaurants shopping, pier60 and marina.The most beautiful sunsets can be viewed right from your balcony. Lovely pool. Comfy beds. Lots of beach items to use buckets shovels umbrella and chairs. Any questions or concerns we had for Peter were responded too quickly. 🐚🌝☀️

We had a great stay at John’s place. Super clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a family of 5. Great location with lots of walkable restaurants and a beautiful beach. Parking was convenient and the beach equipment to use was a plus. Would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for our family! It is exactly as described and had everything we needed. The easy access to the pool and beach are so convenient and everything that we needed for a day in the sun was provided - beach/pool toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, etc. Inside the unit, Esteban has provided books, games, nightlight, toys, and children's dinnerware making us feel right at home. The outside noise from Gulf Boulevard seeps into the primary bedroom quite easily so we were glad to have packed a white noise machine to drown out the sounds. We would love to stay here if we visit IRB in the future!

This is a beautiful place. The view is magnificent and sunsets are spectacular. Many restaurants within walking distance. This is a quiet place which is much appreciated. No loud parties or wild behavior. Residents are friendly and keep an eye on things. The unit itself is amazing. Lots of lovely touches. Plenty of beach towels and beach/pool toys. Many extras not found elsewhere. Body lotion, extra shampoo, loads of bath towels, well stocked bath and kitchen. Cold drinks in refrigerator. Couldn't find anything to be negative about. Highly recommend although I would prefer to keep this gem to myself.
