Excellent accommodation, close to the main points of the city. The house has a huge barbecue and pool area, large and clean rooms along with the whole house, we will definitely return again. Apart from the quick communication, whenever it was necessary, I felt at home and my friends.

We went in 9 people and the house served us perfectly. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are very good, kitchen with two powerful refrigerators, and a very spacious outdoor area. The house is very close to the Rocket Beach, to walk peacefully. I had never stayed on this beach and I liked it a lot, being more quiet and very beautiful, being halfway to Praia do forte and Arraial. The house was clean. About Thiago, he was very helpful and always responded to us quickly. Constructive criticism: the Jacuzzi takes a long time to heat up and the circuit breaker key can't handle, we just connect the Jacuzzi and the misteira and she fell. Another thing is that not all rooms/bathrooms have mirrors, women mostly can be a problem. In conclusion, the house is great, even for several people, and the helpful and reliable host. The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all really well equipped, cleaned and decorated. The view from de terrace is amazing. Francisca and her husband were in charge of our breakfast and house cleaning, they were super welcoming and always available for us. We loved and super enjoy our stay at Tiagos place! Hope we can visit again soon!

Spacious and comfortable apartment, located in a complex next to other apartments and parking. Smart TV in living room and bedroom. Simple kitchen with only burners. Everything was very clean, although the slightest crumb of food that remained was filled with ants. Very good location. The entrance to the complex is on a very narrow street, like an alley, with little traffic and a bit dark at night, which can give a little feeling of insecurity, but we had no problems. Friendly and decisive host.

Apartamento do Gabriele is quite complete, it has a kitchen with great utensils, all in the flat. It has a beautiful view of the balcony. Good location, close to bakeries, markets and restaurants. Nor can I leave my compliments to Mr. Luiz, who is very careful with the cleaning of the condominium.

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

The place is very cozy!! Close to everything, to go to the fair on foot! The hydromassage with the view is a delight! And we use the barbecue with ease too! Voltaria for sure!!

The apartment is very nice, with an airy space and excellent leisure area. The only burden is to the toilets of two suites, which are very small, but small people will have no problem with that. The whole check-in and check-out process was very easy, and they even let us put our bags inside the apt before check in time. Overall an excellent stay.
