Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sand Dunes

Great location, close to everything, very full trade. we stayed the last 10 days of the year, it was wonderful!! The house is according to what is written, super cozy, we feel at home. Wonderful days, we will definitely be back!!

My boyfriend and I have had an amazing time that we will keep it forever. Hosting has positively exceeded our expectations. Jane and Francisco welcomed us with all the care of the world and always concerned for our well-being. They offered guidance so that our experience on the trip was the best possible, we were shown contacts that made it easier for us. Super attentive, every day there was delicious breakfast with food from the garden itself. Pool, ambiance, bedroom... all very clean and responsive! What was left was the longing for this wonderful trip and these loved ones!

Amazing house with a great location outside of the tourist trend and at the same time super close to the street of stones. The helpers of the house Luana and Luciano are sensational, super helpful and a love of people. The house is undergoing a renovation, but nothing that takes away all the comfort and feeling of being at home that it offers. Super recommend it and I will be back for sure.

Our stay in Buzios House was just amazing. The house is beautiful, spacious and cosy. The outside area is simply amazing and transfers a very special vibe- you don’t want to leave. The service of the whole team is great and the food chef Eraldo prepares freshly every day is absolutely amazing! We will definitely come back, can recommend 100%.

El lugar es belleo, es Una zona super tranquila. At the foot of the sea, with a pool and terrace to use. People who work this way are super friendly and respectful. I was very happy with my stay at this place. 😁

An incredible home, with an amazing view, and warm and friendly owners. The home and view are even better than the photos! It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay and we felt very taken care of. The spacious outdoor areas and layout of the home made it easy to share with the owners and other guests. The beach is close and easy to get to and the location is also close to Buzios and all it has to offer. We would love to visit again!

Our excellent hosts, attentive, the kitnet hosts in comfort, bedding in clean cotton and bath, Excellent air conditioning, easy kitchen for food preparation with necessary items. We were offered coffee and coffee powder! Amamos. The very clean pool, the basic breakfast, but it met our need well. They own a very kind little doghouse Nico, a love one. We'll be back for sure
