The apartment is managed by Fedderica. She is extremely friendly and flexible. The apartment was clean and had what we needed. A double bed, bathroom and kitchen. An ideal starting point for a wide variety of day trips. We can recommend this apartment Wärmsteins!

A good stay, Marika is a very good host, she answered quickly, was flexible and kind. Arriving at the apartment was easy and we were able to do it without a problem (even though it was very late at night). She left us many nice touches around the house and took into account that we were with a small child. The apartment is as described and in the photos, very clean and well-equipped. The residence is quiet and peaceful. The restaurant Km 18 is highly recommended, and nearby there are good pizzerias at a good price, we also really liked the terrace of the new life cafe to see the sunset. The people in town are very friendly. My son got sick and we couldn't visit what we had planned, but we still liked it and will be back. I definitely recommend Marika's apartment.

The apartment was ideal for our stay, in a few minutes you are at the beach and also after a short drive in the center of Alghero. The apartment has its own parking space and is still absolutely quiet. From the terrace, you can look out over fields and meadows, and yet you are still well connected. The apartment itself is sparkling clean and furnished to the latest standards. The landlady will immediately take care of any inquiries. Check in was perfect. Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

An absolute feel-good place – thanks to Valentina and Wolfgang! The two are incredibly warm and attentive. You feel welcome from the first moment. The apartment is spacious, super clean and well equipped. The lovingly designed outdoor area with pool, cozy loungers, Weber grill and herb garden was a highlight – we were allowed to help ourselves at any time. The many great tips from the two were particularly valuable - hidden beaches, beautiful restaurants and real insider tips that made our holiday special. You can see in every detail how much love they put into designing this place. We felt completely comfortable! Thank you for everything!!

Stefano was our host. He went through the place and pointing out things. Always very responsive. You would need a car for this location but just couple miles to the center of everything Alghero has to offer.

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

If you want a wonderful house in Sardenia - This it is! We enjoyed every Moment in this house.

Lovely accommodation with a huge garden in which our children could play freely. We were allowed to take some fruit and vegetables from the garden and even eggs from the chicken. With the cat, having a resident pet in the accommodation to feed and to look after, set a new gold standard for our children. Annarita and her husband Mauro were great hosts and very responsive. The house was very clean and the beds comfortable. We definitely recommend this accommodation!

My friends and I wanted a quiet place to relax at the beach and this was the absolute perfect place. The home was so cozy and the terrace had a beautiful view of the water. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and would send a message every once in a while to check in! Overall we had a great experience and really loved the house and location.

A house with a lot of (Italian/Sardinian) charm (very well equipped but not impersonally renovated like many other Airbnb apartments) in the middle of the historic old town under the castle. Especially great: the roof terrace with breathtaking views over the sea and parts of the old town. Good restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. Important: Nazareno is a very attentive, friendly and helpful host. Exceptional rating, highly recommended. (Note: due to the location in the historic old town, the accommodation is not barrier-free). All the best for our host Nazareno and his family. We will be very happy to come back.

We loved Andrea’s place, it is beautifully decorated, comfortable, centrally located. We felt at home and will definitely miss it!

When you rent such an Airbnb in this price range, what you expect is: - beautiful interior and exterior - absolute privacy - stunning view / nature - private(!) pool - luxerious appliances If you expect the above, your expectations will be met. Since its a very rural area, there are not as many bistrots and restaurants, but there are some. Beaches and bigger cities with many options are only 30min of driving away. We found Costa Paradiso (and especially the Li Cossi beach) to be the most beautiful area of Sardinia. It is not close but its easy to reach from Nulvi, this is why I am mentioning it. Antonio and his wife are charming. What we especially appreciated was, that the host only visited the Airbnb in the early morning. You are "really" alone there. If you plan a Sardinia trip with your significant other and look for one stop with romantic total isolation, dont hesistate any longer and push that button.

The good stuff first. A beautiful,modern,clean apartment. Everything thought of and a kitchen to die for! We simply loved it. Communication was excellent and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself. The sunrise view was stunning. The not so good: As a fit couple in our 60’s getting our luggage/food/water from car to front door was a series of steps upward (23). Access requires you to be fit. We were off season ( late May) and subsequently the only people around but the cafe below our balcony played from 9:30 am to 9:30pm either piano music on a loop or euro pop. We fear the completion of the pool next door will further spoil the tranquility of this beautiful apartment. Time will tell. That all said, if you want a genuine taste of Italy in all its beauty and wonderful local people we’d recommend Capo Falcone and the idyllic town of Stintino. Very nice spacious apartment. Great for a family with kids. The terrace and veranda are really an asset for the apartment. Parking space at the foot of the apartment. Liberty is a very friendly host. We would recommend the place to anyone

Antonio was a wonderful host. Anything we had a question about or needed, we would send a message and he would respond within minutes. Very friendly and the place is stunning. Great neighborhood with a ton of restaurants, shops and pharmacies near by. The closest beach was also gorgeous. Already looking at coming back and staying there again.

Gina is a wonderful host,always helpful, communicative. The apartment is located in a beautiful location,close to trails,close to the sea and to the town. The apartment is very well equipped (there are even beach towels, a well-equipped kitchen),and the large terrace is an additional space for relaxation. We felt at home and already know that we will return to Isola Rossa and Gina's apartment someday. We recommend with all our hearts

Just great, Patrick has thought of everything. For the beach there are straw mats, umbrella, and even a cooler. For shopping, a shopping trip. Information about the area and Sardinia, tips for restaurants. Patrick is an extremely reactive and friendly person who has always responded to every question with Rossella. We can only recommend the apartment, especially if you want to see breathtaking sunsets, you sit in the first row on the terrace😍Also not to forget the garage box, which makes parking much easier
