This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

Shannon went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed especially since we were traveling with young children. We were able to connect with Alex and preplan our trip. He was key in securing in home cooked dinners by Cocina de mi Tia. Food was delicious and included traditional Yucatan meals. It removed all of the stress of providing meals for our large family allowing us to spend more time enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool, beach, and local restaurants. Shannon and Jeff's recommendations for excursions were excellent -- creating long lasting memories for us all. Snorkeling and swimming with the manta rays will always be a favorite memory for our family. We've all agreed that this could be our new family vacation tradition. Thank you!

Overall we enjoyed the stay immensely. The Baru complex pool area is currently undergoing MAJOR renovations and the furniture is broken or missing - that was a disappointment. During our stay, the wall AC unit in the master suite was not working and was not able to be repaired - so some nights the temperature in December was manageable, but others it was just plain hot. (We were traveling over a holiday and the hosts were communicative and tried to make accommodations.) The unit is very well appointed and cared for - the kitchen in particular is among the best I've had in a vacation Air BnB. All the little touches (single size laundry detergent, basic spices) are in place. The daily cleaning service was 5 star - it allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation free from dishes. The complex is a leisurely 30 minute walk to the central downtown area or $8 taxi ride. Hosts responded to everything ridiculously quickly. Highly recommend and likely to stay again!

Such a beautiful home, thank you for letting me and my family stay here. The host was super responsive and helped out whenever something came up. The backyard is to die for, such a great home with amenities that are worth it. It’s also a good area with trails that can easily take you to a store if needed. I would 100% recommend this place for a huge family, expectations were exceeded. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Jenny’s place and enjoyed it a lot. She was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Highly recommend!

This was our second time at Deck 17 and once again it did not disappoint. Tomas' condo is wonderful and has everything you need to have the perfect vacation. Tomas was super quick to respond to any of my questions. The ground floor location is perfect if you want easy access to the pool or snorkeling right across the condo. Our family spent a lot of time going between both! The rooftop gives you picture perfect sunsets and sunrises, and it's cool to see all the different boats and cruise ships pass by. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful place and very relaxing to be right at the beach. There wasn’t as many fish to see snorkeling. It’s was my bad as I didn’t realize that Cozumel is famous for scuba diving but not for snorkeling. That being said, we would do it again as there is nothing like going for a run in the morning followed by jumping into the ocean for a swim right after. Enjoyed biking and if I was not sick, we would have rented scooters to ride around the island. Check out the local market that all the locals go to and eat at the small eateries there. You won’t see any tourist there and it was fun. We brought our grandson and it was nice to be able to put him down for a nap and take him out to the beach at the same place. No need to get in the car to go anyway.

This is a very nice, ground level apartment with a shared roof top pool. The location is excellent, 2 blocks frome the malecon and walking distance to many restaurants, cantinas and the Central Market. This apartment is a great value and I highly recommend it.

This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

Absolutely lovely huge condo. Gorgeous furnishings and extremely clean. Included all the things you would need such as paper towels, spices, laundry detergent, etc…. Personal on site host, Sandy, was incredible. She ordered scooters, cars, taxis and literally anything else we needed. It was like having our own personal concierge. Dive boat picked us up from the dock out front and there is a very nice bar/restaurant with live music right across the street. Definitely would rent this place again.

It's rare you find a place where you go on vacation, and the place becomes part of your vacation as well. Xavier's rental gave us breathtaking views every day and invited us to just stay in and catch up on some rest while taking in the beautiful view of the ocean. Then when we were rested and ready to snorkel, just a trip downstairs and in the back yard the water was waiting for us. We took beautiful video of coral and fish on each snorkeling trip. When we were done, rested in the beds by the pool and even took a dip before heading back to shower and change for dinner. This place was spacious and worth the value we paid. We will definitely be coming back and plan to bring our family as well.

Better than the photos. Layout is very sensible, beautiful view, nice comfortable balcony- with outdoor fans, wonderful large ensuite master bedroom with spectacular view and direct access to balcony. I liked the location, peaceful and still a short drive to town. And only 15 minute drive to the marina to meetup with the dive boats. Small easy to access reef directly in front of the of property with decent snorkelling. At night we saw octopuses (octopi?), spotted eal, puffer fish. That was a nice surprise. Deborah (and David) were great hosts. All in all a great place to stay. You wont be disappointed.

Place was exactly as described. Clean, comfortable, far enough away from the busyness of the town. yet close enough to drive to everything. Memo was a GREAT host, there when you needed him, but not in your face. A wealth of knowledge, knew everything there was to know about the island, including where and when to book excursions. Personable and hospitable

Casa Eugenia was a great spot for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We spent our days scuba diving, at beach clubs, and cruising the island by scooters and jeeps. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon and early evening when we returned. It was an easy walk to the grocery store just 2 blocks away to find all our grocery needs for cooking at the house. The kitchen was well appointed and the patio area had an awesome grill. We had trouble finding charcoal for sale but Beto, the property manager, went out of his way to find and deliver some. The location is in a quieter part of town just a few blocks off the main boardwalk. There is a line of taxis at the Chedraui grocery store just a block away so it was easy to get one at any time. If you wanted to rent a car, there was a place to park on the property, but we didn't really need one the whole time so we opted for a daily rental from HTJ. Beto was very responsive and helpful as needed and Cas Eugenia felt like a home away from home!

LOOK NO FURTHER for your vacation! This place exceeded our family of 6 expectation. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of towels, huge comfy beds, 4 large bathrooms, a deck with an amazing view.... you can't ask for anything better. We were greeted with soft music as we entered and right away my kids spotted the @ snack baskets that were left for us. An arrangement of chips, fruit, nuts & pop was the perfect refreshment from our long trip here. Immediately I went to the deck and my jaw dropped at the view. Gorgeous turquoise water. It's on the north part of the island which isn't by the downtown, so it was quiet & peaceful. The water had perfect snorkeling & Courtney had all the gear we needed for that or building castles. The private pool was pristine. Courtney never hesitated to answer my concerns or check in on us during the hurricane. The maid was so sweet & cleaned up after us. The ONLY bad thing was the elevator was out so make sure you can walk 110 steps but trust me... it's WORTH IT!

The place was beautiful, the view was amazing, the snorkeling right there was super convenient!

A+++ place to stay. Responsive host, beautiful spotless spacious condo, quiet setting set back from the road, and great pool and hot tub. We especially loved the balcony of this corner 2nd floor unit as you felt you were in greenery with birds while having a view of the water. The location was walkable to a number of restaurants. A minor negative is that the kitchen could use some more cutlery and dishes with only 6 place settings. Despite having a dishwasher, we had to hand wash silverware and some plates throughout the day and there were no larger serving size spoons or forks, tongs, coffee grounds scoop, measuring spoons, and measuring cups, except for a 2 cup. There was also no salt, pepper, or oil like the listing said it had, nor any spices. Overall this place is incredible and I would give it my highest recommendation.

The condo was great. Super clean, lovely building, beautiful view of the ocean from all rooms! We thought the location was ideal, outside of town but convenient to rest of island. We did decide, upon arrival, that we needed to rent a car for the week. The Cozumel scuba diving was fabulous. I've been diving for 30 years and was not disappointed. Very pleased with ScubaTony who picked us up each morning at the pier across the street. Restaurant recommendations: Zublime and Sereno and Azul Madera and Noventa Y Tres! Only critique of the condo is that there are zero cooking essentials like salt, pepper, oil, etc. So you need to buy it all and hopefully be able to take home what you have left. But otherwise the kitchen has everything you need. Big shout out to Sandy from Landmark for being so hospitable and responsive!

We had a great stay at Lyn’s Landmark condo. The view ! We never grew tired of it. The location is great, with easy access to local restaurants. We have stayed at several other places on Cozumel and this is one our favorites. The pier access for dive pickups is super convenient. Lyn was very responsive with the very few questions that we had. The beach access across the street is great. The Landmark pool area is also really nice, and the grounds are kept immaculate . We also appreciated the high level of finishes that were selected for the unit. We will return !

We stayed on the ground floor with a grand view of the sea, in all shades of turquoise. Sleeping to the sound of the waves and enjoying a lovely pool and private seaside area. Very relaxing and beautiful. Close to the airport, but there is very little air traffic so noise is not an issue.

Kellery's place was wonderful. we've been to the Mayan Riviera a few times and this was the best location and building quality we've see so far. The view was spectacular from both balconies, the kitchen had everything we could have needed, and the property manager was wonderful and responsive. I highly recommend this rental! As an aside, one day a group renting another condo brought their stereo down to the pool and played it so loudly that we couldn't enjoy even being out on our balcony. We let the property manager know and she took care of it quickly. We were really impressed!

Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, safe, and part of something truly special. The house itself is beautiful, well-appointed, and filled with warmth, but what made our experience unforgettable was the incredible sense of community created by the wonderful people who care for this place. A heartfelt thank you to Martin & Mercedes, whose attentiveness and kindness made us feel at home, and for recommending an unforgettable snorkel adventure. The team that prepared our lunches and dinners was absolutely fantastic— if you’re visiting, I highly recommend the meal service. The private pool, patio and hammock is perfect for those lazy afternoons in the sun. The snorkelling right in the backyard is top notch with so much life to discover! It’s also great to have quick access to the beach clubs right beside the house (FYI they close at 5pm for food). We are so grateful for this experience and cannot wait to return!
