Fantastic place, very spacious, close to the sea and central, yet peaceful. Kids loved the small swimming pools to refresh after a day outdoor. We (family of 4) loved it!

Great place in a great location! Efrain was super attentive. He even made sure someone delivered salt when we realized we didn’t have any. The location is honestly the best part: right in the middle of everything. Just two blocks from the Aqua Safari pier if you’re diving, with great restaurants nearby, and the Mega supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away. The only issue we had, which we shared with the host, was that the place was scorching hot when we arrived because the AC had been off, and the condo’s west-facing walls get a lot of afternoon sun. Efrain mentioned that you can request to have the AC turned on before your arrival, which I highly recommend doing, especially if you’re visiting during the hot summer months.

My partner and I visited Cozumel for another incredible scuba diving trip. Magda and David’s place was more than perfect for all of our needs— delicious and nearby restaurants (cafes, bars, local spots, etc.) to eat and drink after a full day of diving, walkable to many shops, and wonderful opportunities for entertainment, relaxation, and everything in between. It is a perfect balance of convenience without forgoing comfort, as we had no issues snagging a cab to head to the pier in the mornings, while also having a chance to relax in the beautiful oasis of their backyard. We really appreciated having a separate area to rinse our gear and got a chance to ride bikes. Great and friendly hosts! We look forward to staying here again, and we definitely recommend folks to consider this listing. Thanks, Magda and David!

Pleasant stay, cozy place, central, comfortable and good value for money

This was a delightful little place. A little confusing to find but Blanca greeted us on the corner. The place was extremely clean and functional. She had a decorated Christmas tree in the living room which was a nice touch for the holiday.

My stay was great at this Airbnb. Its modern decor and very complete equipment left me delighted. I liked the amenities a lot and we didn't need anything. Its location is centrally located and easy to find. The hosts are very attentive to any issue. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay, our host was very welcoming, the apartment was friendly and "cozy", close to the docks, very good restaurant on and around, convenience store around the corner, perfect for our diving trip. We will definitely be back! Thank you Francisco and Sandra

The accommodation was very good, the owner was super friendly and very attentive. Despite being a bit austere, it was very clean and tidy. It's not very close to the center, but with a motorcycle taxi you get there super fast. In addition, it's in a quiet area, close to the main avenue to go eat different things at a very good price. I recommend it

Pelikanos was a great last-minute find. The bed was comfy, the pictures were representative, and the area was perfecto. My only complaint is the lack of privacy. Every window opens to the next unit a few feet away, or to the public walkway in the middle. I never heard the neighbours, but I always had my blinds closed which made the unit dim. The pool was spectacular and a great way to unwind after a long day of walking. I would definitely stay here again, the area is totally worth it and the unit was impeccably clean and quiet. We visit Cozumel frequently and without any doubt this condo is the best place we have stayed in, it is extra big, has the best view directly to the ocean, right in front of one of the Cruceros terminals, the condo is equipped with everything you need for anything you need, from phone loaded to washer and dryer, abundant kitchen utensils, super cold air conditioning, Amy is always on the slope for any questions or things you need, in addition directly to Cozumel is Martin , he also attended us to make sure our stay was the most comfortable , during our stay we needed a cot and a baby chair, and we were surprised that they were also among the things that this place counts, definitely recommend this condo and I guarantee that we will stay again and very soon in this great place for our next visit to Cozumel Paradise.

Loved this place! The instructions to get into the community were a little confusing but we were able to work it out okay. The community is beautiful and they have decorated the apartment gorgeously! My only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer and use all of the amenities! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We enjoyed our time at David’s place. It is a beautiful space and a perfect location right downtown Centro Cozumel! Everything was super clean and good quality. The showers and bathroom felt very luxurious. We also appreciated having access to the rooftop pool. We’ve stayed at a few different places in Cozumel (including an all inclusive resort) and this was the best place by far! A great price and would definitely stay here again. I only bring this up for awareness and not to complain! We had a few problems at the start of our trip. Our access code to our front door wasn’t working. As well as some technical hiccups with the buttons to the stove. We also experienced a Wi-Fi outage for two days. However, the property manager Beto was very quick to respond and helpful in having these issues resolved in a timely manner. None of these issues made us regret our stay here. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks for making our trip great!

This is a top of line view and very homey kind vibe. Hosts were great and very helpful. Luxury kind of feel and the place was even nicer than the pictures look. Nothing but positive feedback on this home.

Property managers were great and incredibly responsive. Apartment is new and immaculate, in a great location, and the views are amazing. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants.

This was our first trip to Cozumel. We had a group of four. Candice the local manager met us and answered all our questions about Cozumel. She was super responsive during our stay. The condo was wonderful, roomy, upscale and conveniently located and away from all the downtown bustle. Wonderful pool area. We were able to walk to snorkel areas and our dive shop picked us up across the street at the dock behind the Money Bar. Money Bar had good food and pleasant atmosphere, live bands and super good service.

Everything was very clean and very good attention. We were not able to arrive at check-in time but ericka was always pending to be able to deliver the Llave as soon as we arrived and in the same way very attentive to everything, 100% recommended

Excellent facilities, location and treatment of all the building staff, they are problems I would return to this place
