Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Miguel County

WOW! Munro & Brady’s space is magnificent!!! The space is exactly as described and pictured, very welcoming and hospitable. We booked this space for our honeymoon/anniversary and were gifted a special celebratory gift from Munro & Brady 🥂 and local coffee grounds ☕️ Ridgeway is an excellent location!!! It is out of the hustle and bustle of Ouray, but a short and beautiful 10-20 minute drive. We spent our days adventuring in Ouray and the evening relaxing at this perfect AirBNB. Munro & Brady have great recommendations, and we even happened to be in town for the free concert in the park on Thursdays.

We’ve traveled all over the world, but this house tops our list. It far exceeded our expectations: spotless, beautifully appointed, with heavenly beds and an incredible setting. The cozy heated floors, well-designed kitchen with a bonus coffee nook, enchanting primary suite fireplace, and stunning views from every bedroom made our stay unforgettable. We loved the huge deck, hot tub, and light-filled dining area overlooking forest, river, and mountains. Visiting in winter for the kids’ ski school was perfect—coming back to this tranquil wonderland after the bustle of town felt magical. It’s close to great amenities yet surrounded by peaceful BLM land. The kitchen layout was wonderfully functional for multiple cooks, with health-conscious cookware and a second dishwasher in the coffee nook. We explored the land by the river, which was breathtaking. We can’t wait to return in summer to leave the windows open and enjoy the soothing sounds.

Thor and Charlotte are gracious and responsive. Their home sits in paradise on a high plateau surrounded by the Rockies. It was our second visit to this home.

This house was an excellent home base for our first trip to Telluride. It was only my wife and myself, so the house is more than we needed, but we booked late and it looked unique and we weren't disappointed. The layout is very cool and the house is very comfortable. We didn't have time to try the sauna, but the hot tub was nice after some tough hikes. Daniel is a very proactive communicator and checked in with us regularly. Typically we don't care to communicate so much with a host, but Daniel has a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the area, so he provided some valuable guidance for us to plan our days. The kitchen was well stocked with cookwear and a fair amount of spices, oil, etc. The house is a short 20 min drive to downtown Telluride, so if very convenient. It is on the main road to and from town, so there is a bit of traffic noise that is unavoidable. Maybe worth noting for light sleepers. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Our family stayed here for a quick fall get-away. Simply put, the home and surroundings were spectacular. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this place is perfect. The location is remote, but easily accessible. The home is surrounded by 360 views of the Rockies, with wildlife at every corner. It is perfectly situated between this area's main attractions, with Placerville 15 minutes away, Telluride 30 minutes away, and Ouray 40 minutes. If small mountain towns are not your jam, there are plenty of nearby trails and outdoor attractions and, if you'd rather loaf around and do nothing (which we did plenty of), the home had every modern amenity one could think of -- including games and activities for the kids. Becky and Greg were very friendly, responsive and helpful with instructions and advice. Could not think of a better place to get away in the mountains. Thank you both so much. We'll be back!

Clean and comfortable. In the town of Ridgway and easy distance to nearby Telluride and Ouray. Spacious to spread out.

"Perfect." This place was everything advertised and more. If anything, it exceeds expectations. First of all, the home itself is quaint, homey, comfortable, and very Colorado! Second, the mountain views from the decks are absolutely beautiful, and the property makes you feel as if you're alone in a beautiful mountain valley. It's also very private, and the nice touches like the gas grill, and outdoor firepit and furniture make this place feel like a rustic resort---but with all the comforts and amenities you need. Finally, Ginni was just wonderful. SUPER accommodating, very responsive, and just as nice as can be. Oh, and the nice little touches like the chocolates and specialty coffee (that was such a surprise!). THANK YOU! We loved the place and are already planning a return for next Fall.

Absolutely wonderful stay, Rick couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. The property was spotless and in beautiful surroundings. The sauna, hot tub and fire pits were lovely and the inside space was cosy and full of nice touches. Excellent communication from start to end, super flexible and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. To address comments from a previous review (that unfairly affect the rating), as a regular Airbnb guest and an Airbnb host back home, I would absolutely expect guests to at the least wash up their dirty dishes!

We had an incredible stay at this cabin! The property is stunning, and the surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Our entire group thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and I want to highlight the fantastic kitchen—it was a standout feature for us and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

This location is the absolute perfect place to disconnect and recharge yourself. Absolutely stunning views of the beautiful lands Colorado has to offer. This is a low key yet comfortable amenities. You won’t need for anything. For anyone looking to find the peace and happiness you need I highly recommend you take a week or two here.

A great place to relax, unwind, and see the stars! The most star filled sky I’ve ever seen. All the perks of camping in the middle of nowhere but the luxury of bathrooms and a nice cabin stay. We had a great time and the people onsite were so amazing, friendly, and helpful.

Jodi and Dennis were amazing hosts. The setting of the cabin couldn’t have been more breathtaking. Both Dennis and Jodi were very helpful with anything we needed. I would strongly recommend their cabin as a quiet getaway with amazing views to anyone!!

We loved the stay at cabin 1. The place is extremely beautiful and if you prefer some time for yourself away from the world this is where you get to. Extraordinary views of sunset and star gazing eventhough we had full moon and couldnt star gaze much, this place has got everything you need if your looking for a peaceful getway. Finding the place was a bit difficult for us as we took a detour from Telluride but if you can follow Karens instructions they are pretty accurate. Cant wait to come back to this place, will surely be here again. Place was kept very clean and very cozy, perfect place to enjoy nature.
