Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. Easy to get in the mountain with the lift a short walk away. Also easy to get into town in a bus that stops right outside every 15 minutes. The walk isn’t far but we had so much snow! Plenty of space for 4 - not fancy or modern but great for the price. Would definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful. Ski-in/ski-out with ski valet service. Enjoyed the evening happy hours in the resort bar. Car valets were amazing. Incredible view from our condo. 15 min drive into Telluride. Only recommendation is the room could use some updating. Window shades wouldn’t stay open, the finishes are dated and the kitchen didn’t have many tools to cook with.

Etta Place Too 113 by AvantStay | Near Town/Slopes

So much info is given before check in to make sure everything goes smoothly for us which it did! The location was perfect! We loved the surroundings and the setup was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The one surprising thing was that a host was available through text and immediately replied back with an answer to our questions or requests. AvantStay will definitely be our go to when coming back!

This was our groups third time staying in Telluride. We love it here! Can’t beat the convenience to the rental shop and lift 7. Also, only 10-15 minute walk to town!! A little bummed about the Hot Tub being closed, but you can’t always have it all! Great living room views, kitchen basics, comfortable beds and hot showers!! We’d definitely stay here again! :)

Great place to stay — super clean and close by to the gondola and a grocery store. We arrived late for check in after a 6 hour drive and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We also booked last minute and everything was in great order upon arrival. Excited to stay here again and try out more of the amenities!

The location is very convenient, allowing kids to ski in and out with ease. The added convenience of a ski butler service delivering equipment right to your door is a great touch. The hotel’s shuttle drivers are all exceptionally patient and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable.
