Beachfront holiday rental in San Mauro Mare

The location was great, real close to the beach making everything in walking range.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

Was a great stay, looks just like the photos. Always responded super fast and was friendly!

We can rate our stay with Diana as very good. There was no problem with checking in or communicating. A huge plus was the quick answers to all questions on the messenger. The apartment was perfect for these few days of stay, you could find everything you needed there. The area is very quiet and friendly. We had no reservations. If we return to Rimini, we will definitely consider staying at Casa Stefania again.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our day of departure, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colours, good facilities, cosy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. We truly love it. Thank you so much for making our holiday in Rimini very memorable. We definitely recommend this place to everyone coming to Rimini ! Grazie mile !

We arrived with 3 men on 09/05/24 for the MotoGP. The key handover was easy, Marcella showed us the apartment and explained everything. Everything a person needs was available in good condition. The balcony overlooks the beach and sea. Restaurants and supermarket are within walking distance. The racetrack is 2 km away. On 09/10/24 we left, key on the table and done.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Large and bright apartment in a perfect location; Lorenzo is a kind, clear and friendly host... highly recommended

Cozy and cool apartment (advantage when it's hot), with balcony, kitchenette and private bath, and private entrance. Everything you need for a quiet rest and stay. Fast internet is good for remote work. The host is nice, responded quickly to messages if anything was needed. Felt like home. Nice yard, and comfortable walk out by the sea. Also a convenient place to stay and ride around the area

We spontaneously traveled to Italy for 10 days and found this incredible place to stay. We are a family with a 1-year-old son and the accommodation, the beach, the surroundings were just perfect for our vacation. We were received personally and super friendly directly in the morning upon arrival. The apartment was better than we ever dreamed of. Thanks to Mauro for giving us an unforgettable vacation. We will be happy to come back.

Accommodation is easy to find, COOP is a 1-minute walk away, lots of restaurants, bars and shops. You can rent a sun lounger or take a free spot on the beach. Beautiful view from the apartment, everything is clean. Friendly hosts, I recommend it!

Silvia is a wonderful host. He welcomed us personally, and gave us a small briefing on the various provisions of the house (for example, the days on which they collect the rubbish, the keys to be used to open the gate, etc.) The apartment is very nice, and it has a very large balcony/terrace facing the sea (in front of the Globus Beach bathroom). The window overlooking the sea is a sight to behold😍

Apartment has all necessary amenities. Is clean and spacious. The landlords are very friendly and helpful.

We were very satisfied with the care with which the apartment was kept, the cleanliness and the kindness and availability of Host Sonia. Very nice and equipped with all the comforts, there was really nothing missing. The location is also very convenient to reach the sea and the avenue. Much less comfortable garage, narrow, but above all with manoeuvre space surrounded by 2 columns, it requires patience and many maneuvers. As mentioned, the apartment is very nice, not the rest of the building, but it's not a big deal. The price is high, compared to other places we've been.

A gem. At the centre of everything on the Rimini waterfront, with a parking space. Well, what more could you want? Comfortable apartment for a family of three with all the comforts. Probably in the high season you risk being a little too central but there is everything and I repeat with the parking space available in front of the Pascucci cafe and attached to the Fellini park basically behind the promenade. The price in this period is really worth "the ticket" of the trip. Very nice, we will return (probably avoiding the high season but for our own sake)
