The villa of about 280 square meters is located on two floors, consisting on the ground floor of a kitchenette with large granite island, dining room with fine wooden tables, living room with sofas, fireplace and 50"TV, a half bathroom, 4 double bedrooms furnished in Tuscan style, each with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor, a large room is refined and elegant with a private bathroom and a hot tub. Next to the main villa is an elegant 70sqm stone villa, consisting of a living room with sofa bed and 50'' TV, a living kitchen, two thoughtfully furnished rooms, and a refined natural stone bathroom in Slate. Beams in chestnut and stone make the environment even more authentic in perfect Tuscan style. It ensures privacy and privacy.
