The two-room apartment can comfortably accommodate two people in a well-kept and functional environment. At the entrance is the modern and equipped kitchen (induction, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). The living room is the ideal space to relax: a comfortable sofa, a 50" smart TV (access to Netflix) and a perfect table for dining or working on the PC. It is located in Valle San Giorgio in the Municipality of Baone, a few minutes from Arquà Petrarca, Este, Monselice Montegrotto, Abano and Padua. From the nearby Monselice train station you can reach Venice, Ferrara, Bologna, Verona and Vicenza in 45/60 minutes. It is the ideal place for those looking for tranquility but also a point from which to start for MTB walking and cycling.

Former church of the old seminary. It is an octagonal cloister, located in the center of Rovigo, the former residence of the Bishop. The property dates back to 1592, with subsequent renovations, inside you can still find stones from the period.
