Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The villa just renovated was the historical home of the village's blacksmith, using water from the stream to drive the large power-hammer. The property now consists of a large living room with fully equiped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (max 10 people), 5 bathrooms and relaxation games room where there is an historic billiard "De Agostini" from 1899. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.

Maria 1936 is a historic barn which has been beautifully restored into a special place to stay in the heart of the Dolomites. It is surrounded by amazing scenery and has a magnificent view of Mount Pelmo. In the spring, summer & autumn it has great hiking right from the front door. In the winter it is well positioned for the famous Dolomite Super Ski area, offering hundreds of kilometres of skiing.
