Apartment of 65 square meters for 2 people, inside the medieval courtyard of the Castle of Proceno, with private entrance, large living room with working historic fireplace and kitchenette, 1 double bedroom placed on a mezzanine from which you dominate the living room, bathroom with shower box, veranda with porch in stone and wood, in typical medieval style, which through the stone stairs leads to the internal courtyard of the Castle, from which guests have access to the village and the rest of the accommodations of the courtyard.

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation. The holiday farm consists of two independent apartments with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You won't have to share anything with other guests, as we have taken care to organize everything so that everyone has their own space and everything is separate. Outside there is a barbecue, table with chairs and deck chairs. In the vicinity are Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino, and Bagni San Filippo. To reach us, there is 1.5 km of dirt road!

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

Casa Biscarello is located in the historic center of Grotte di Castro. The services, the museum, the churches, the alleys, with medieval and Renaissance paths, are within walking distance. The independent apartment, with free parking nearby, is renovated and overlooks the greenery. Lake Bolsena is only 5 km away and, along the road, there are the Etruscan Necropolises of the "Cento Camere" and "Pianezze". A few kilometers away there are spas, cities and villages of Tuscany and Umbria.

The Cellar (Palazzo Pallotti)

The apartment is two floors below the square, entirely dug into the tuff. Overlooking the valley, it is isolated from the noises of the street, quiet, private, and very welcoming. The tuff walls give it an ancient vibe to transport you to another time. It can be reached on foot, via a footbridge that takes you directly to the square where the property is located. It is perfect for short stays of complete relaxation, but with the fully equipped kitchen you can make the most of it.

Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. You can hike at the Monte Rufeno, enjoy an aperitivo at San Casciano, Sorano or Aquapendente. At the Casale, you will watch the most beautiful sunset.

Spectacular villa with a view and infinity pool

Villa with large garden and infinity pool, surrounded by vineyards and with spectacular 360° views of Orvieto and its Cathedral. In a private location, but easily accessible: 10 minutes from the highway exit, all services and the historic center of Orvieto. The maximum number of guests is 12, distributed in the six double rooms on the 1st floor. The infinity pool, about 200 square meters, overlooking Orvieto, has a depth of 1.50 meters and is equipped with a hot tub.

Stone farmhouse in Val D'Orcia

19th-century Tuscan farmhouse with exposed stones immersed in the wonderful Tuscan countryside with a splendid view of the Val di Chiana. It is surrounded by a 6-hectare park with an olive grove of 300 plants. It is located in Sarteano, in the village, an ancient medieval village with a dream castle, known for the Music and Jazz Festival that takes place at the end of summer. We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.
