The not so tiny, tiny house (with private laundry)

This tiny house is a 525 sqft home sitting offset from our main home. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a laundry room inside this cozy home. Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Our luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space. Soak and play in the two-person jetted tub, enjoy the gorgeous large bathroom. Easy street parking is always available, and garden lined exterior stairs take you to the private entry and patio. A laundry is provided for guest use only. Hikes into the canyon below or neighborhood above are a special treat.

You’ll treasure your time at this memorable place. The tiny home is tucked into the back of our property with lots of surrounding trees and succulents. Hummingbirds love to visit our yard! Just a few blocks from I-580 and Highway 13 make this spot convenient for visiting all the great spots Oakland and the Bay Area have to offer. Awesome hiking trails and Redwood Park just a 5 minute drive! Or drive 2 minutes to the Laurel district for great restaurants and coffee shops.

Your lovely cottage is ready and perfectly located to explore the Bay Area or catch a flight in or out. This peaceful space has a plush, comfy queen size bed and a fold down sofa-futon (best utilized for a child or teenager). There is a well-stocked kitchenette. BBQ grill too. Hike up to a well designed, small-but-mighty modern cabin with fast WiFi, your own hot tub and a panoramic view spanning across the bay from the Golden Gate to the San Mateo bridge. 108 stairs lead up to the Aerie, so if you don’t want to get your steps in, this is probably not the space for you! 15 min from OAK and city life, but a world away. Sunsets are glorious here. The Aerie is a special spot just for 1 or 2, so leave the posse behind. Registered guests only.
