Monthly Rentals in San Juan Playa

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with a child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check in and check out. I am very happy with my four week stay in Ivan's nice apartment during February! Great location close to the beach and rocks, bus stop outside the house, grocery stores and amenities within walking distance. A nice apartment with everything you need in a quiet and gated community, so I felt safe all the time. And the view is absolutely magical, a spectacle every night! So grateful for this time. I highly recommend this apartment - and I especially recommend coming here in the winter. The weather has been amazing – sunny and moderately warm, and it is calm and not crowded on the beaches. The proximity to Alicante (15 minutes by bus) is of course also a big plus.
