Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in San Juan Playa, Alicante

Det här var en fantastisk plats, över förväntan. Takterrassen på kvällarna, goda maten i kvarteret, goda viner. Tystnaden, och nära till stranden gjorde sitt. Kan absolut rekommendera boendet.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Eloy was extremely friendly to us, the house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need! Everything was in great condition. Perfect location and beautiful balcony views. Eloy was very kind enough to let us check-out later and respond to us when we needed help. Overall a perfect airbnb and would come back to this airbnb again.

The villa and pool were incredible! the location was great too only 15 mins in a taxi from the airport, 15 mins walk to a Lidl and a 10 mins walk to a shopping centre. really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and the late check out. Will be back!

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Un grand merci ! Nos vacances n’auraient pas pu être mieux, le logement était vraiment top, très propre, la piscine fut un gros atout. Le tram à deux pas était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements autant à Alicante qu’à Benidorm. Nous recommandons !

This idyllic little cottage was an incredible experience. The land is very special, gorgeous views, lovely breezes and very sweet energy. It’s clear the intention put into making this space serene and cozy. We both work remotely and we had everything we needed to work comfortably. We would love to return someday!

Bra läge , lugn omgivning. Nära stranden och lugnt poolområde med stor pool alldeles utanför. Bra beskrivning av omgivning, affärer som gjorde det lätt att hitta. Hjälp att hitta söndagsmarknad i El Campello. Vi använde även transport ned Tram, nån bil behövs ej på detta ställe.

Manuel was attentive and always in contact from the moment of the reservation. He replied quickly and made sure we found a convenient time to meet for the check in. He sent lots of suggestions for places to eat, shopping groceries and even transport plans to find our way around. On the last day he was also there to hand the keys back and say good bye. It's a large estate comprised of 2-3 apartments plus Manuel's own home (nice to know we could reach him if we needed to). Still lots of privacy, all units separated by large landscaped terraces with palm trees and cacti, each apartment with own balcony area with deck chairs overlooking the sea. It's a quiet and peaceful corner, our apartment was at the top of the stairs and I could even hear the waves from bed at night. A proper beach house, you can walk barefoot from the room down to the beach. But also a few minutes stroll to all the restaurants and shops in the area, with a nearby bus and tram stops to connect with the city and beyond.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Apartamento muy cómodo y limpio, con todas las cosas necesarias. Bien ubicado, a 5 minutos andando de la playa y también tiene cerca un tranvía que te lleva a muchos otros lados. Muy recomendable!

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

Lovely stay. Peaceful in May though suspect might be noisier in the full height of summer. Excellent accommodation. Really well appointed. Roof terrace fantastic. Tram and bus service very handy but also a car would be useful if you want to travel about. Approx 45 minutes walk to marina at El Campello. However turn right and there are smaller restaurants and shops within 20 minutes. Handy supermarket within 5 minutes. Lidl takes an hour to walk there and back (possibly including the shop) at least. Hana was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Already thinking about next year!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Alicante (2 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge). Eduardo est un hôte aux petits soins, très réactif, disponible et adorable ! L’appartement est idéalement situé face a la plage San Juan, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Il est moderne, confortable et très bien équipé, nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Des jeux d’enfant sont accessibles à quelques pas sur le front de mer, et nous avons pu bénéficier de chaises hautes, lit bébé et baignoire bébé ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un prochain séjour à Alicante !

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

I stayed with my mum for a short break and we absolutely loved the place. It’s in a gorgeous location, and everything you need is close by. We’re definitely coming back!

La estancia con tres amigas fue muy agradable. El apartamento está a un paso de la playa y cuenta con una piscina en la urbanización aunque no la usamos. Hay una amplia oferta de restaurantes en la zona, por lo que para un finde no tuvimos que alejarnos de la zona en la que estábamos.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Un placer haber disfrutado del apartamento, zon muy tranquila y a un paso de Alicante y San Juan. El apartamento tal y como se muestra en fotos y una limpieza y comodidad espectacular. Iago y Alba siempre pendientes de nosotros. Volveremos sin duda.

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
