House holiday rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

We had a wonderful time. Eduardo is kind and kind and full of good advice and services . The accommodation is perfect , well equipped, clean. Eduardo booked the restaurant for us (not speaking Spanish ) Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for a good time.

Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

If there’s a better view of the Mediterranean in Altea, I can’t imagine it. You have a 180 degree panorama of the town and the water. The villa has plenty of character and the grounds are a myriad of plants and trees. One very minor issue was resolved immediately. I would recommend Christine’s place for anyone who enjoys peaceful solitude that is minutes away from shopping, restaurants and the beach.

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

Spacious accommodation, faithful to the description and carefully decorated. Close to the motorway for those wishing to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for sofa. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in the bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

Juan is just a wonderful host. He was very keen to make sure we were checked in properly and took time to explain the property. The house is clean and tidy and looks recently updated. Everything we needed was available. The views of the beach are amazing and only 1 min walk. The tram to Alicante took 17 mins and was less than €2. Bargain! As a group of 5 ladies, we would have liked a mirror in each bedroom and a small trash bin for the bathrooms. There was also only one large knife in the kitchen for preparing food so another smaller knife is needed for cutting salad etc. there are some amazing restaurants close by in Campello. We would definitely be returning to this wonderful home and we had a very special stay. Great host and service!

Remedios was very friendly and accommodating. I just loved the house, it's quirky and spacious and has marvellous views. The bedroom we stayed in is nice and cool. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of spices, oil etc. The village is beautiful and peaceful and there's a number of walks you can do from your doorstep. I'd recommend getting your groceries before arriving. You can park right in front of the house, but the streets are very narrow. So if you're not that confident, you can leave the car along the main road. I would highly recommend staying a few days at Remedios'. It was a great experience for us.

Summer accommodation in a very good and quiet location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable and family stay. Highly recommended. Diego was very kind and helpful at all times.

Paula was such a wonderful host. She was super friendly and gave ALOT of suggestions. We only stayed for 2 nights, but packed in a good amount of Paula's suggestions :) The home was a perfect location! We would gladly come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse in Finestrat, near Benidorm. The location was perfect for our holiday — with easy access to Benidorm, beautiful beaches, and nearby shops, everything we needed was just a short drive or walk away. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day out. Nic was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this place made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back in the future!

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

Amazing place with a great host.

We loved our stay here! This place is decorated with lovely colors and artistic details and felt very cheery. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. I never slept better anywhere, including my own house! We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio during our tapas time and looking at the view. The host provided very quick response time and was very courteous and helpful. We definitely will stay here again the next time we visit Altea!

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

We had a great time in Altea, Elena’s flat was cute, cozy and very well renovated with touches of the old casa de pueblo details. The location was fantastic, less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk with great restaurants. And really close to the old town with a little bit of a climb up to the fantastic church with dome. Elena was really helpful with the recommendations for restaurants and sharing with us the free parking 300m from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had an amazing weekend! The house is perfect and has everything, plus with the pool and barbecue you don't even need to leave. Ideal for spending a few days with friends. Adela is great, very friendly and willing to help. Her husband, Manolo, has also been great with us. Definitely worth it!! Thank you for everything

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Jose was always attentive. friendly and collaborative. He is an excellent host, he guides you on how to take the Tranvia, the hours that passes and how to supply you with food if you need it. The home much more than I expected, it is a three story bungalow chalet house that has everything you need to spend it very comfortably in Familia. I don't understand how there are reviews that criticize visible cables and other unimportant things. Thank you very much José, we will definitely come back. A hug.
